I really like shopping there.You don't have to look for help,they come to you.Love their appliances and paints,colorsmixing ect.I have a GE frig from there 18 years ago Still going strong.Employees are so helpful and very polite

Bad management, good employees.

I had an issue with the pricing on an item after I left the store. I called and spoke with the manager, Angie, and she resolved my issue.

I made a large appliance purchase and was asked to fill out a survey chance to win a $5,000 gift card. I usually don't fill these out but the store associate, Sue, was very nice. Upon completing the survey, I happened to look at the rule and when the drawing is and I guess it had already happened. All entries needed to be submitted by Oct. 28th 2018 and the drawing was supposed to occur on Nov. 5th. Weird that they are still advertising this and you can't even win!! I made my purchase on 11/11/18. Nice way to false advertise and waste my time. I wonder if anyone actually won?

Home depot as a whole, online and stores should offer the military discount. This should especially apply to card holders. This should be something an employee verifies once and gets linked to your account so every time you use your card the discount is automatically applied.

As a healthcare provider,often need help with household services. Home dept has Always been accommodating with providing me resources to assist with child projects( will cut wood planks to whatever dimension I need at a moments notice)!! Mothers will understand! Amazing customer service!!

I had the pleasure to work with a very delightful store employee named sean. He was very understanding and patient with me. He took the time to make sure i understood everything that i was ordering in the flooring department. I cant say enough how Extremely friendly he was. Thanks sean.

My experience today was the best experience I've had at any home improvement store. Mike in the hand tools/ power tools department went above and beyond to get me a very scarce, hard to find part for a tool I needed. In my experience, I find it hard to find a person with morals and ethics like Mike. I'm very thankful and appreciative of this person and I will do more shopping here because of this. Tammy, a cashier was exceptional with help today as well and brought joy into my day as I was checking out.

I always get friendly and helpful service from the Store Manager on down at this location. The selection of products is great and the store always looks organized and clean.

You have a number of excellent cashier employees. One particular, stellar cashier associate is Isela. She's efficient, friendly, upbeat and helpful. She's an excellent example of what a customer appreciates during the check out process.
