Very nice, helpful store. The person in the plant department went above and beyond to help me find one of the things I was looking for.

I have found this Home Depot neat and clean. It nearly always has the items I need and I can usually find someone to help me locate what I am looking for, though this is harder when the store is busy, which is to be expected. When an employee helps me they are usually knowledgeable or are able to connect me with someone else who is more expert in the area for which I need help..

I just want to point out that the customer service here was impeccable! Thanks to two associates in tools and hardware. Greg went above and beyond customer service expectations to do the impossible. I went in with a Polar heart rate monitor watch and I was trying to find a push tool that would push out the two screws holding the wrist band. There were not any tools as it was really hard to push the screws. What we had found out was that the screws were rusty due to water, that's why they were hard to push. Greg took it to the desk and did not give up, he problem solved and used different tools to get the screws out. He sprayed wd-40 and even got his hands itchy. He didn't have to do any of that but he did. This man was superman because I myself would never have gotten these screws out myself, but he used his knowledge and he did. The staff was amazing and Greg was a super hero! Thank you Greg! You deserve much more than recognition for exceeding your customer service skills! The store was clean and the staff were all helpful and friendly.

I’m from West Seattle and did all of my shopping via phone and email… I found the special representative in the department knowledgeable, responsive and helpful— willing to go outside of their system to secure the product I needed by special order. When I needed to reconnect over the next few days on a number of occasions, each of the persons picking up the phone communicated messages between me and the department rep who was facilitating my purchase in a timely, considerate & accurate manner.

The store associates are always helpful here. I couldn't find an kit that had some electrical tools I needed. The store associate helped me look for 15+ minutes. When we couldn't find it, I found 3 similar items separately and they gave me a discount as the separate items was much more expensive.

I went into the store tonight and had one of the best experiences ever because one of the store managers named Doran (not sure of the spelling), went out of his way to help me figure out the final piece of my project. I needed to figure out the right bottom piece of plywood to use for a utility box I am making and Doran graciously and patiently assisted me with a warm smile. If you ever have a bad experience at this home depot, the management is willing to listen to your concerns (like Doran did), and then help, I left tonight with such a positive feeling like the people on the commercials :-). Now I need to get back to finishing my project in the living room while my wife glares at me for painting the box on our dinning room table.

Best home improvement store with the most knowledgeable employees I've found around here. Management is great--don't be afraid to ask for them. Very responsive.

Friendly staffs and good services.

All I can say is that Justin and T saved the day by making 25 cuts of galvanized steel pipe and threaded both ends! They went above and beyond and I’m just soooo grateful!

I came in to purchase some wire shelving. Brian saw me carting it to the register, and offered to cut it to size for me. Saved me from having to purchase a Dremel and cut it myself. Super helpful! Thank you Brian!

My experience with the Bellevue location was better than expected. The sales associate in the Flooring department actually offered to help me. That was a pleasant surprise. He was knowledgeable, helpful, polite and patient. I've made several large purchases at this location and this store is my favorite.

All the employees were kind, especially Gloria. She went out of her way to ensure she listened and understood what I needed...

The paint department is seriously understaffed (with just one competent young lady working there). The shift manager needs to be replaced as waiting over 70 minutes to get 1 gallon of paint is rediculous!

I love this store and the amazing people that help make it a great shopping experience. Front end Customer Service with Toni and the rest of the team are consistent in great assistance. Solution based crew! I really appreciate that! Thank you Home Depot!

People are friendly there. Sometime have to park far away from store entrance. Too many stuff in front of the checkout counter. Sometimes get help to find the right product. Store is clean but appears to have too many things displayed near the checkout coutner.

I shop at this Home Depot store in Bellevue all the time for most things I need for the apartment complex I manage and am always able to find what I need. I am particularly happy with the ordering I do for appliances and Don at the Pro Desk is always very helpful and efficient.

I purchased a portable air conditioning unit and an extended warranty. Gloria in Customer Service was super helpful and had a fantastic attitude. She made a somewhat complicated purchase very simple.

I went here needing to buy supplies to entirely redo my roof. I had a rough idea of what I needed, but not entirely. After 5 hours of completely going ver everything with many experts in the store I found and ordered everything I needed at an amazing price.

1) Yes 2) Not the first time. The next time yes. 3) The store was pretty clean 4) The last associate was very helpful not the first.
