Wonderful, Wonderful employee named Olivia Terry. She deserves a big raise!!!! Knows her stuff, was a great in helping us decide which appliances would be the best for us, and our budget! When we were all finished, she told us to give her a call if we have any concerns, before and during the delivery and installation of our new appliances. Please make her employee of the year!!!!

Excellent customer service, employees go out of their way to assist in any way they can! I had a lot of questions, compared product with me to arrive at the best product for our needs. Thank you!

I have found the staff in the appliance and home improvement departments both knowledgeable and available. Their advice and suggestions have helped me avoid unnecessary expense and difficulty completing tasks and improvements around the hoouse.

I purchased a range, refridgerator, microwave, and dishwasher. The salesman was so nice, knowledgeable and easy to work with. I had the items delivered and the 2 men were courteous and very careful when bringing everything in. They were quick and efficient. I would highly recommend the Bemidji store.

Gideon and Gordon went out of their way to be helpful to complete the purchase of a refrigerator. Getting us the best price and working through a computer outage at the time.

I ordered over the phone a refrigerator and stove from Olivia in the appliance department at the Home Depot in Bemidji. She was extremely helpful. She answered all my questions and also to call back with any questions. I would definitely ask for her again.

The store is always clean and things are easy to find but if you need help someone is there asking. And recently they have someone at the door when you come in asking if you need help, I have found that awesome.

At a recent visit, we found the employees to be very helpful. We were looking at shop vacs and one employee was showing what was available at the display wall. I had questions and comments about various models. Another employee overheard me asking questions and brought over another shop vac that was on sale but was not in with the regular display. I was so pleased to see the sale price and I would have missed this model altogether if he had not carried the vacuum from the sale endcap to show me.

Always have received friendly service at this store, knowledgeable staff are available.

I thoroughly enjoy the attentiveness and smiles among the employees at my Bemidji Home Depot. The staff is always friendly and helpful whenever I shop here. I've known some employees now for quite a few years and have developed a good relationship when shopping here. The store is conveniently located within 3 miles of most all my project sites. The store is clean, and very well laid out for my shopping experience. I very much like the ease of getting in and out and being able to start my day with the supplies I need. Thank you!

Very well stocked store. Neatly presented merchandise with employees available asking if I needed any help. I did purchase an appliance and found the employee (Olivia) who helped me, very friendly and helpful. She was willing to take the time and go the extra mile to make sure I purchased the appliance I wanted. I found the store friendly and helpful in general. I will definitely shop there again. I found MENARDS to be none of the above. I actually went to the MENARDS store first and found them not helpful. Almost felt like the employees tried to avoid helping me. I decided to give Home Depot a try because of the rudeness at MENARDS. I was very happy to buy my appliance from Home Depot. I will go there FIRST from now on!!

I had one really good experience with kitchen cabinets from a salesman but I can't remember his name but he had some pretty wild piercings he was really good really explain things well showed interest in helping me I learned a lot from him. Then I had to two different experience with younger salesman who showed little interest seem to bored to help me and one made me feel stupid. However as I was walking through the store and just looking around a totally different salesman asked me very enthusiastically if I needed any help which I didn't at that time but I appreciate his interest because he was walking because I was pretty far in one I'll and he was walking down a major aisle and he could've just ignored me. Both sales people in the flooring department were very helpful and very friendly and seemed genuinely interested in helping me find what I needed and I did order flooring from them.

My husband and I shop there for all our big jobs for home repairs and remodeling. My friends and I seem to find all kinds of fun new products there! I saw 2 new things I loved today, tiles shaped like little tree ornaments, and tree lights that were little color changing balls on ribbon that cascade down the tree from a central point at the top! Great fun! We found what we wanted today, and the associates were very kind and helpful! Store was clean and well organized.

Everyone was very helpful and knowledgeable. I prefer over the other large store nearby. Always clean and easy to find what I need. I highly recommend.

Beth, at the checkout, was extremely helpful and patient with me when I applied for a Home Depot credit card. Through the fault of technology only, my application could not be completed. However, she told me that my application was approved and I would be getting my card. She allowed me the $50 credit that was the incentive to apply for credit. I was most pleased with her!

Painting associate was very helpful, patient, and friendly. That brings me back every time! Thanks Gideon!

Always a good experience at Bemidji MN Home Depot Store.

This Bemidji, Mn Home Depot store has the cleanest restrooms I have ever seen. I have been in other Home Depot stores and they have been not clean at all.

Product was readily available, checkout was fast, store was clean.

I did a custom order and the service person was very good. I made some changes when she was almost finished and she did not mind at all.
