very helpful associates, fast check out, clean store

The two associates I worked with were outstanding. They located and loaded everything on my list. They also loaded my purchases on my trailer. Very friendly staff. I couldn't have asked for better customer service. Thanks and Well Done

I'm very happy with the Bemidji store. It is clean, well stocked and has great help. I really like the Rigid tools. I'm able to purchase different tools for the projects needed, at a reasonable prices because the batteries are interchangeable. The tools work great.

I was in the store 3 times and online several times to order blinds. Each time I worked with Jim. He was very knowledgeable, and really worked hard to determine the best blind for each application. He caught a problem on an order and called us to catch it in time. He researched a way to solve the issue and just was great to work with. I could have ordered online but he made me feel so much better about my selections and features to consider. He was courteous with other customers waiting and seemed to work well with other employees. It was a great shopping experience.

Products in stock and associates always helpful...

The associate checked to make sure I could get the sale price when I special ordered a storm door. He contacted a representative for delivery of a steel paint chip to match with my accent siding. It was a perfect match, the storm door is on my house and looks great!

Sales associate, Walt, in appliances was beyond helpful and super knowledgeable and friendly!!!!

Chance in flooring is a very knowledgeable associate, I highly recommend working with him.

I always enjoy going to this store! Everyone is always so knowledgeable and helpful. I didn't have to find someone to help me, the associates I needed were right there asking if I needed help. This store is the best.

We worked with Chance in the flooring department on our visit today. We had visited the store prior to today and had also spoken with him on the phone about carpeting for our living room, stairs and hallway. Chance was very accommodating to our needs. His knowledge of the different products available was impressive. He made the process enjoyable and enlightening at the same time. We are glad we met Chance and happy that he made our purchase such a pleasant experience.

We found all of the associates that we came in to contact with to be knowledgeable about their departments and very willing to help. The young women at the registers were smiling and appeared to enjoy their job. We will definitely shop here again.

It was late, almost 8 pm and I had been on the job site since 7 am. I needed a couple more sheets of sheetrock and an associate "offered" to help me load it. That was amazing and I greatly appreciated it.

I needed indoor/outdoor carpet for my dock and was happy with the service and the personnel.

Wayne in the door department at the Bemidji Home Depot couldn't be more about customer service. He goes above and beyond and was so helpful and kind. Can't wait to get the windows done next year, and I won't worry at all if employees like Wayne are handling everything!!

Home Depot is one of our favorite stores. The comprehensive variety of products is wonderful. Purchased a 56 volt EGo string trimmer that works great! Pricing is also very competitive. So glad to have a Home Depot in the Bemidji MN area.

Associates in the paint department are very helpful and knowledgeable.

As stated before Jim and Cory are both GREAT! Jim just needs fulltime, experienced, trained staff. Home Depot would do great and invest in Cory so he would become full time. As a business owner of 2 companies I have realized that employees make or break your business. If you want to make money you need to spend money on employees. Jim is great at calling when there are special promotions. He has a lot on his plate and needs more support.

didn't need Associate help so I did not need to put Rating in there, I knew where to go and what I was looking for.

I truly enjoy just wandering the store. I always seem to find something new and useful. I especially like the fact that the lumber is inside. If weather is crummy, I stay dry as I select my lumber. The selection of tools is also very good. If I have a project and need a specific type of tool, I know I can find it at The Home Depot. Thanks !

Every time I have shopped at the Home Depot in Bemidji MN, it has been a very positive experience with someone there to either give me directions or walk me to the item I am looking for. At times I have needed to use the restroom and I want to comment about how clean and beautiful the restroom has always been. It is always top notch clean. I feel safe using it, there is always towels and soap and warm water. The Home Depot in Bemidji, MN is a very wonderful place to shop. I would and will recommend to anyone looking for a home shopping center.

The people AT Bemidji Home Depot were extremely helpful and friendly, I choose to go to Home Depot instead of Menards. It was difficult to get any one to help me at Menards, no clerks available. The clerks at Home Depot were so helpful.
