West Berlin, NJ store is a great place to shop. Items I'm looking for are always in stock. Another thing I'd like to mention is that on the occasions I've used my VA ID I've always been thanked for my service without fail. I think that says a lot for your associates/cashiers.

I loved the process of shopping here today. I was not sure what if I was going to buy a new freezer or not but the lady who helped me explained and answered all of my questions.

The Home Depot Store in West Berlin is a great shopping experience. The staff is friendly and available if you should need assistance. The store is always clean, organized, and the shelves are stocked with brands that I know and trust.

The staff are exceptionally knowledgeable and on many occasions they have provided tremendous guidance to help me with my projects. They know their inventory extremely well, and where everything is located. I won't shop elsewhere.

Flooring Specialist John Kelly is a true professional! Knowledgeable, patient, and kind -- just what a customer hopes for when seeking guidance regarding purchasing carpeting. Mr. Kelly is the reason why I will continue going back to Home Depot in West Berlin for all my flooring needs.

I am always able to find a willing associate that is able to help me. If they can't answer my question, they will find an associate that may have more experience than them to help. The store is always clean and uncluttered. They always help me to my car if needed. Fast and easy checkout. I have ordered online to pick up in store, and if they don't have the product as promised, they have substituted with a product that is above what I originally ordered but asked if it was ok first. Always a pleasant experience coming here.

I always like coming to this place , we are getting our carpeting from there and we always purchase other things as well. I would say I am a loyal customer and wish you would sponsor more things in our area, especially the WTCEA . Our cashier, Karen, noticed that the customer before us forgot his purchase. She took the bag and ran out into the parking lot looking for his as he was getting in his car. She returned it to him.

Paint associate very helpful. Checkout is extremely quick. Store is very cluttered, especially around appliances, which are stored in the aisle.

Devon was a great help to my mom and I. Nice guy! We had first went to Lowes, and we received minimal assistance along with a bad attitude. We only went to Lowes first, because it was closer to our house. We winded up leaving there and going to Home Depot, where we were greeted with a smile and a lot of assistance. We got exactly what we went for!

I was looking for a specific type of lightbulb in the Electrical area and was (immediately) helped by an employee who found what I wanted quickly and easily. He was very knowledgeable about the products, and even provided some helpful information about how to compare the various bulbs. I shop at the West Berlin Home Depot about once a month, and have consistently been impressed by the availability and knowledge of the sales associates.

Besides the store being neat and clean, well-lit, and organized, employees are great. The cashier must be pointed out. It was a hot and humid day, she worked as the outside cashier. Her cheeks were as red as St. Nick's on christmas eve, but her manner was friendly, smiling and I could not do that! I felt ashamed. She must have melted by the end of the day. It said on my receipt, that her name is Ashley.
