Best Customer Service Ever!!! I had a problem with an online order being cancelled. A Customer Service Rep helped me with the issue. They were friendly, helpful and knowledgeable. I was in and out in no time. The store was a little crazy because of a new sale going on, but was still tidy and it was easy to find the products I wanted. Any questions I had were met with a friendly, knowledgeable associate. Things aren't perfect in any home improvement store, but I think, if you count Customer Service into the equation, The Home Depot in Johnson City, NY is doing a better job than the others whos names I won't mention but everyone knows who they are anyway. They will be my first stop when needing materials for my home projects.

Unorganized and didn't seem to have a clue about my order. I had a written order for my pick up on 4/17/21 and when I arrived to pick up item it wasn't available. Drove 50 miles one way to pick up my purchase curb side a riding lawn mower(all assembled). They told me they found one in a box unassembled that I a could assemble myself. Totally unexceptable!

The best store to do business with for construction hands down. They have the best selection of most everything. The staff is always willing to help. And its always clean in and out of the store. So you don't feel like your shopping in a garbage dump!

Review directed to a sale cashier ALMETA, She has been their several years and is the most pleasant and professional cashier in the store, great personality and humor. As a contractor I'm in the store several times a week and always look forward to ALMETA as a cashier. She works at the Contractor Checkout and is preferred over some other cashiers in the store who have no idea what their doing, Hopefully this will help her in ratings, as she deserves the praise.

The Home Depot Binghamton staff were friendly, knowledgeable and professional. Nice to shop with a professional staff of well trained employees.

The store has a good floor plan but has too many displays in the aisles. There should be an equipment rental department. The store can make a good profit if they did have one. Equipment rental stores are far and few between in the area.

Get service today from the moment I entered the store. Not sure where to go for help with kitchen remodeling, an employee actually took me to where I needed to be. In the kitchen remodeling department, Sue spent over an hour with me as I tried to make some decisions. She was so patient when I changed my mind or was unsure about something. Very encouraging. Very helpful and very pleasant. She was aware of any discounts that could apply to what I was doing and then went with me to the cashier to be certain any sale prices/discounts were applied. In regard to COVID-19--all the CDC guidelines were being followed and I appreciated the hand sanitizer available on the checkout counter where the clerk was also pleasant and helpful. Thank you for making a chore a delightful experience.

Just terrible people at Customer Service. They are so rude and arrogant, and don't seem to care at all about their customers. I left the store, after bringing in a simple return (which did not cause any problems in itself) feeling violated by the woman who "served" us. One of her coworkers, when we mentioned this to her, rolled her eyes and said "they're always like that". You need to update your team, stat.

My sales associate was extremely helpful and saved me money on the item that I purchased.

Would like to see a tool rental department in this store.

The Home Depot is by far the best area to shop for home improvement and home tasks materials. They always have what you need and if you are unsure use the Home Depot app to check. I am sure if you use this store you will be pleased.

Needed a metal garbage can from an upper shelf. Went to service desk and was told to go to the flooring area for help. Flooring guy had a customer so I was going to leave. Asked an associate in the aisle for help, he stated he would be right back. I waited 4-5 minutes and he never came back. I wen to the main middle aisle to see if he was coming, he was not in sight. Flooring desk assoc was not busy so I asked him. He and another assoc got the cans down. Waling up the aisle and the worthless assoc was at the service desk chatting. ( male, blue baseball cap). Then he was outside in the parking lot when we exited. There is no such thing as customer service in America anymore.

Great store. Easy layout and plenty of aisle room to keep social distancing. Enough employees on the floors that if I ever have a question I only ever have to go an aisle or two over to find someone. I cannot say the same about the other home improvement store in our area. Times I’ve had to return items were painless and 99% of the time this location has what I need. Recently I’ll say the lumber and door selection is lacking, but that seems to be the case everywhere so it’s not a direct knock against Home Depot. All-in-all a great location for me, and now my go to store for my DIY needs.

The people in this store have a good attitude as to helping customers. Adequate parking. I got what I came for. When I asked directions, I received them cheerfully and accurately.

Nice, clean store. I love the greeter Mike at the entrance, who is always pleasant and helpful. I'm always impressed with his knowledge of the aisle number for what I'm looking for. All of the employees that I've dealt with have been very pleasant and helpful. I've almost always been able to find what I needed.

After not receiving a home delivery of an order we placed of an item on sale (Stones), met with assistant manager, only to be told that our order was out of stock, although it wasn't when we ordered it, 8 days prior. This essentially means that the product I bought was essentially stolen from me. We tried to work out a compensation for said product, as the stones were on sale, meaning a refund would not be of assistance as anything else bought would be more than double the price of the original. Let alone 3 calls being made to the store on the day of delivery with no answer, only to be met at the store with an assistant manager that slams our order form towards us and says there nothing he can do and tells us to leave said store. The disrespect alone was enough, let alone not be helped with the product not given to us in the first place.

Good selection of products...not enough employees when help is needed.

I have always been happy with the quality service and product quality and availability I receive from Home Depot. I had the best experience with one of their employees during my last visit. He assisted me with an A/C I was purchasing from loading it into my cart, getting me to the register and loading it into my vehicle all without prompting from me. He was a so very pleasant and cheerful too which really made my day. And they had loads of A/C's which made me very happy as well.

There is never a customer service representative around in any department with any knowledge of product availability, etc. The website says that the store has x number of something in stock, customer service desk says the store inventory says that the store has y number in stock, and the store actually has none in stock! Never any customer service representative around with any product knowledge, or any knowledge of product availability! Department stock is ALWAYS a complete mess, with stuff everywhere but where it should be. Product availability itself is absolutely horrible! They need to PAY someone a competitive salary in order to retain anyone who gives a crap!

This store is GREAT for service and knowledge. Much better than other big home improvement store in this area.
