The employees at this store are excellent! Everyone there goes out of their way to be helpful. I've gotten large orders of lumber, and since I do not have a table saw and only a battery-operated circular saw, those guys took the time to make all my cuts for me, handing me a tape measure and insisting that I make sure I was satisfied with their cuts! Considering that I would have had to charge my batteries multiple times, they probably saved me 3 hours! Another employee offered several suggestions for my building plan, and called over other workers for other opinions. I can't say enough how helpful these guys are!

While looking for glazing points I never would have found them if it hadn't been for the help of the associates.

The staff was very helpfull ! A team of three associates came together to decide whom could help me best. And they refered me to a fourth associate that indeed helped me modify the package I wanted with additional parts that customized my purchase! The associate, Bob, had backround experience that made him a true pro in the area of hardware applications! His attitude made me feel like I was talking to an old buddy!

Great Carpet cut without delay and wrapped for transport in plastic, which protected it for it's journey in sudden rain.

I always shop at Home Depot first when looking for paint. I prefer Behr Paint products, and I like the ready-made color choices. The mini paint samples help select the right shade of paint. The associates are knowledgeable and customer friendly.

We had a phenomenal experience with a special order single-hung window which an associate ordered for us. The expertise in the manner in which he performed his job was most impressive. The price wasn't even comparable to the competitor and the service far exceeded our expectations. This associate is a keeper!!!

This Home Depot is a great store ! The store is well organized and easy to shop, with questions being answered , help not hard to find, and the associates are very congenial !

The store was clean but when a husband and wife spend as much time looking at different tiles....I would think store associates would approach them to ask if they needed any help. I was disappointed with that. When I walked to find someone....she was busy doing book work and verbally assisted us from her desk but didn't get up and come over to help. We went over to Lowe's after your store and heard from their personnel that many customers come over there complaining about the lousy customer service they got in that department too. Please clean that aspect up! Your tile products are really organized nicely and are beautiful. I've purchased a lot of tile in prior years from your store and was completely satisfied with it. The only disappointment I noticed was the customer service this time. When we bought a lot of tile before the service was as good as the product we bought. Oh yes.....the sun porch floor I did by myself is picture perfect!!!!! Hey guys.........why not build a store in Selinsgrove area? We could use it and would love it!!!!!
