Associates helpful, friendly. I like the store - it's layout and product availability.

Store associate helped us find our items needed quickly and knew right where it was located. Cashier was pleasant and efficient.

I needed knobs for kitchen cabinets. Some were found in the store, but more were needed. Mike in hardware ordered more for me. but that was still not enough. He located another Home Depot in St. Clair that had enough. An employee brought them from the other store to the Buckhorn store, and Joann at the service desk called to let me know when they were in. The waiting time was remarkably short. My entire order was waiting for me at the service desk when I arrived, and Chad checked all the items to be sure they were correct.

The parking lot was very clean and inviting, followed by a well lite shopping area and very helpful employees with a true willingness to help you with all your questions. Once I showed Them the item that is I Was Looking for, knew what I wanted and where it was located. I will definitely recommend the Bloomsburg Home Depot to everyone I know. There was only one over site and that was by the manager how over looked my Veterans discount and I place that on me.

Your store in Bloomsburg has the best help I receive anywhere. I will always shop at Home depot ,not Lows. I can not walk through store medical reasons. Help is always needed, which I always get at Home Depot. I don't need to ask your employee's they ask me if I need help.

I do not remember the "paint guy's" name at the moment but I do believe he was the manager of the paint department. What a gem you have working for you!! He was so helpful, kind, courteous and knowledgeable! Wow, this usually doesn't happen in the shopping world today so I definitely want to give my Thanks to him for being there for me.

The store was clean and very organized. It is a very nice store.

I had no idea what paint to buy for our garage and right away an associate asked us if he could help us. He knew all about what we needed and told us all the details . He then matched our paint swatches and mixed it perfectly. He even put the paint numbers on our paint cans so we could come back if we needed more and it would be faster. Very knowledgeable and friendly. The lady at checkout was so friendly too and told us how to let you know what a great employee you had. Thank you

Great experience with the purchase of a new range (convection oven) with five burners. Also picked up a 2" x 12" x 10' which was unavailable at other lumber stores in the area.

originally went to pick up a product my wife ordered on line. customer service was great in taking care of this. i bought something else while i was there and the same c/s representative checked me out and again was very cordial. having great check out people is a big plus where i purchase items.

The cashier Caitlin told me where to find all the things I was looking for and she got the loading guy George to help me. Both were very helpful and friendly

I was very pleased with the effort at the customer service area. The Home Depot representative resolved a complicated billing issue by calling Home Depot credit services. His knowledge and expertise made the action conclude with ease. Pass on a big thank you to that area. As noted in your instructions, I should refrain from mentioning a specific associate's name in my comments. I will however, say his first name begins with a "T".

All associates that I dealt with today were very friendly and helpful. Prices were easy to find because items were in the spots that they were supposed to be and the store was very clean.

Tool selection good many brands to choose from can usually find something to suit my needs

Cub Cadet Tractor is GREAT!!! But when I went to pick it up: Battery was not hooked up Load squeak that went away when I had it lubed Sold me a mulch kit that did NOT work No Gas in tractor Tractor was display unit that stood outside for quite a while ... I paid for a new one!!!! expected a boxed one

My wife and I decided to install a new door/entry in our home. After looking at five other locations, we decided to try Home Depot in Bloomsburg. We were greeted by Bob Jacobs, one of your associates. Over a two week period, he answered all of our questions, made himself available to our needs and went out of his way to explain each step in the process. We are more than satisfied with your store.

Product location was determined by reviewing homedepot.com which made purchase a breeze.

I was very happy with the layout of the store... Very easy to find everything you need for your project in little time.

We have gone through alot of washing machines during our years today but today was the least painful experience of buying one. We had the best asscoiate taking care of us. Dan was friendly, professional, made me laugh, knowledgable, concerned-turned a fan on for me as I was feeling the heat. he wasn't pushy letting us make up our own mind about things. He had trouble getting online to apply for a credit card and the app wouldnt open up. He continued to look for a computer where the app would open, that was so we could utilize 12 months of no interest which was greatly appreciated. Home Depot is always our first go to when it comes to "hardware store".

Friendly, polite, professional, and helpful store associates made this a wonderful visit. (I think it was Mark that helped us with out A/C questions.) Great job! Once small note, I wish there were more associates available to talk to. We had to search for someone.
