I bought a vacation house in mineral bluff Georgia three years ago. I am only fifteen minutes from the home depot. the home depot is a pleasure the one in blue ridge Georgia. every time I visit the store is great,.I have bought everything from paint, charcoal ,bug spray, electrical supplies, flowers, keys, plumbing supplies, weed killers, carpets, mice traps, cleaning supplies. my biggest purchase was a cub cadet riding mower which I truly love, don't forget my new weed eater. home depot makes my vacation home like my home away from home. its is truly great. thanks home depot for being there.

This store is always clean. I'm always able to find what I need and if I can't find it the associates are wonderful help and as always friendly and polite. This is my favorite store ever! I've been in many other stores but blue ridge is the best

Aisle where clear and easy to get through. Clean floors. Items pretty easy to find

When buying tools and items I am not familiar with it can be stressful, yesterday everyone in each department was so very helpful and friendly I didn't feel rushed and got the information that I needed to know what I needed to purchase. The paint department lady was great and very helpful when I had quesions about my deck stain. In the tool department I had lots of assistance also and the cashier's were very nice and did their jobs well

Nice Staff very Helpful could have more sales winter coming

Went to get a light fixture that I was matching up to one bought a week prior. Out of Stock and couldn't even find where it was supposed to be shelved anymore. The Cashiers are awesome and sweet... except for the one middle aged woman at the customer service desk that has glasses and super curly blonde hair. She is always obviously stressing out everyone around her. I witnessed her yelling at her co-worker on at least on occasion. Not good for anyone and was obviously embarrassing to the associate and customers standing there. I was embarrassed for the other worker who appeared to be trying to help.

Almost makes unexpected home projects, repairs & spending money pleasant.The store has most repair items & experienced personnel on hand.

Associate when above and beyond in helping me fine the best riding mower for my needs. 22hp Club Cadet LT 46" Kohler Hydro has very smooth operation. No jerking starting or stopping. Excellent power mowing on my very hilly yard. Look forward to learning and getting the full potential out of this mower. Great 1st day. Thanks

The joy of familiarity to travel the Atlanta metro from one easy in easy out Big Orange store to the next. The. To travel to the mountains of North Georgia and find the same great Associates and familiar products and layout. Great job!

Sales Associate Connie, understands the concept of "Customer Service". I purchased a new wheel barrow and the inflatable tires needed air. Without being asked, Sales Associate Connie when the length of the store, retrieved the compressor, and inflated the tires for me. Her voluntarily come to my aid salved me a great of time and allowed me to begin my project as soon as I arrived home. She is to be commended and made me a life long Home Depot customer.

The Blue Ridge store is one of the cleanest and friendliest stores I have been to. Highly reccomended!

I was there to compare window air conditioner units and the associates were very helpful in helping me understand BTU's and lifting/loading the unit.

Was not happy when I went to look at the shower walls in the sizes available. I couldn't get an associate that knew anything about them. They need to have more training in each section.

Purchased a refrigerator as it turns out one day before a big appliance sale. Cari checked to see if the appliance I was choosing would be on sale the next day; she could not determine whether it was or not. The next day, the first day of the sale, I checked online and found that my appliance, though not delivered yet, WAS on sale for another 30% off. I went to the store the day after the appliance was delivered and although the process was a bit tedious, Laura and the store manager, Stephanie, were able to get things corrected in my favor. I saved over $1000 on the counter depth refrigerator.

I needed specific plumbing supplies for a repair and was able to quickly find and purchase the items. The store was well lit without any clutter in the isles. I will definitely be shopping at Home Depot again!!

Very easy to walk in, find product, ask a couple of questions about additional items, checked out and left. Very efficient and easy. No problems or stress.

After shopping elsewhere and not finding the appliance I needed available quickly and at a reasonable price, I was quickly and efficiently helped to the exact item I needed at the price I wanted to pay, and with almost immediate delivery. Very pleasant experience

I was very happy with the help from Elaine and Josh. Both advised us and he loaded the car and took care to protect the car from dirt, etc.

Home Depot Blue Ridge Store needs more customer assistants. The store is clean and well maintained but no one is willing to assistant.
