When I first moved into my house I bought a curtain rod being in a great hurry. Fell in love with the curtain rod and the beautiful brass knobs. When the installer came he said where's the rest of the rod... It was 21 inches short. Unfortunately the store went out of business where I purchased it. And after checking other stores including your own I was unable to find the exact rod. Dave from hardware walked with me through three different departments until he found a-rod that I was able to use to extend up to the 91 inches. I bought brass colored spray paint my problem is solved. Thank you for your patience!! Dave I appreciate all your help. GREAT JOB!!

People were around to help and the cashier was friendly.

Took a lot of searching, but I got what I came for.

Walking into the store I thought it was going to be hard finding the products I needed but it wasn't . They have a wonderful guy at the door name Jerry that helped me find what I was looking for and a wonderful cashier name Ja'Nala. She's delightful , smiled the whole time checking me out and even made me laugh .

Such a 1st rate store to go when looking for items for your home or if you are looking for something for a job. Home Depot has the best staff and always have what you are looking for at a reasonable price.

I could not get help with an xmas tree...getting it wrapped and fresh-cut. I asked 3 men inside the store for help (2 directly inside from the garden center). All 3 said someone would be out eventually. no one came and I had to take the tree and other items inside to a regular register...while the 3 men continued to wonder around the store aimlessly doing nothing. i then had a hard time putting the tree in my vehicle since it was not wrapped...a few branches were broken.

OFTEN YOU FIND SUPPLIER PARTS ARE SWITCHED AND A SMALL DIFFERENCE CREATES A PROBLEM. FOR INSTANCE I HAD PURCHASED A PHOTOELECTRIC CELL WITH A1/2 INCH EYE NEXT I NEEDED ONE ONLY THOSE WITH AN 5/8 EYE WAS AVAILBLE. HOME DEPOT HSOULD NOT SWITCH WITHOUT PROVIDING LIKE PRODUCTS.

I visited the Boardman Home Depot to purchase an appliance suite for our kitchen. The associate was readily available and extremely knowledgeable. We purchased a Samsung suite and the associate helped us choose the right microwave that made the package of 4 appliances eligible for a higher discount. The entire process was effortless for us and I was done within 20 minutes.

The design of the store is bad in that the entrance and exits are tooo far apart. If you park near the entrance, it's a small hike to the car as you exit which is bad especially in bad weather. A canopy connecting the two would be nice especially when raining. The restrooms have always been exceptionally clean compared to other businesses.

the store always has what I need when I come in for project supplies, so there is no need to go anywhere easle!

I'VE BEEN USING THIS STORE FOR OVER 10 YEARS AND I WILL CONTINUE TO USE IT FOR MY PROJECTS IN THE FUTURE! I'VE SPENT OVER 14000.00 THIS YEAR ON HOME PROJECTS THIS YEAR AND I WILL BE SPENDING OVER 14000.00 NEXT YEAR TO FINISH THIS YEARS PROJECTS.

good store for searching for all home improvement needs....it was a bit difficult to find help in the store however very courteous reps....easy check out too.

When I entered the store, I was immediately asked by an employee if I needed help. I asked where I could find what I wanted and she immediately took me to the product. She then asked me if I needed help anything else, which I didn't. She told me to have a nice day and departed.

the associates are very helpful and knows my family by name as we are there very often. we have refurbished our home thru home depot.
