Almost always have what I need. Almost picked up an air compressor today. Good choices.

I am a 64 year old woman and could have used some help in putting the double package of Kingsford Charcoal in my cart when I was there. It was stack higher than my shoulders and I'm 5'8". A male associate was looking at me when I was struggling to get 2 of the packages into my cart. At one point he walked towards me and thought he would help and that's when I saw his name tag--Terry. He just grabbed the nearly empty cart that I had to maneuver around and left to go back to where he and another associate had been standing. Guess they were too busy putting pansies on the wooden display to be aware of what was going on around me. If the charcoal hadn't been such a good value I would have left without it. The other purchases I had thought to make I went to Lowes just down the street to get where I had more than one associate ask if they could help me.

Great store experience! We shop here all the time and never have any issues! Also love the Kids Workshops!

Was looking for several different things and was able to find all but one. I wanted a oscillating corded saw but was only able to find ones that were cordless. Otherwise service was excellent, store was clean, and had several people come up to my wife and I and ask if we needed help. I will be shopping at home depot more in the future.

I am always amazed at how helpful the Home Depot associates are. I've used the online "how to" videos, but have also had associates walk me thru repairs. There are plenty of associates available if a question of any kind comes up - just look for the orange vest/apron - and they can tell you in which aisle you'll find what you're looking for. More often they'll walk me to the aisle, help locate the item on the shelf and answer any questions. I'm always greeted when I walk in, and thanked when I leave.

The store was clean and the arrangement of products was good. Store associate helped us, Unfortunately what we were looking for was not carried by the store. The associate gave suggestions. He was very helpful and gave freely of his time.

Although I love the layout of my local Home Depot, I love the fact that no matter which Home Depot that I am visiting, I can always find what I am looking for, as well as so many ideas for future projects!

On my last visit to this store I found a used outlet box it was full of dust, dried up drywall mud and rust the ears that go aganist the dry wall to hold it in place were bent. I took the outlet box to the cashier and brought it to her attention. She brought it to the store mananger who promptly tried to sell it to me for the cost of one new one stating that it was two boxes put together(well duh) but IT IS USED!

The associates at this store are simply not friendly. The do not seem to want to answer basic question and the cashier was too busy talking with other associates to assist me at the register for checkout. Very disappointing experience.

Upon walking in the store I was greeted by 4 employees. Thankyou for making me feel welcome.
