If you shop at this location, you better come in the morning before 10am. You can find associate to help and answer the question. The line is not too long and the associate who work at customer service desk won't be too tired to help. Some of associate are not very helpful. They just disappeared and don't even care that customers are in line waiting. But I was very satisfied today because Javier Chavez was able to finalize my window treatment selection. I was quite straggle and confuse what those different selections will fit my home. He is very knowledgeable and helpful to point out the function of each type of shades, blinds, cellulars. I am very happy what I chose for each room. Thanks Javier !!

I found the exact vanity that I was looking for and it was on sale! The sales staff were very helpful and Jesse the cashier took excellent care of me. I really like the DeAnza Home Depot..it's large and there was a very good selection to choose from. I feel I got a very good value on the products I purchased

I love this store and the fact that it is so close to my home. I am a big DIYr and visit often. I know many of the employees but a man in (customer service) and a woman (greeter with complete knowledge of where everything is) stand out as beacons of knowledge and friendliness. I usually find what I am looking for and need help only about 50% of the time. Help is usually readily available. I feel so fortunate to have this store so close to my home!

Started my kitchen remodel with Chandrea Harris. She is extremely busy yet still polite to all the customers that would interrupt her during our kitchen consultations. She was also very knowledgeable about the products, kitchen layout,etc.I also purchased the demo/install through Home Depot. I was very impressed how efficient, polite and hard working the Rock Solid crew was.Will definitely use them and their subs again! The store manager, Cassie was also very professional and helpful in helping me out on a few problems that I had with the cabinets- I felt like she truly put me, the customer first.

I went to purchase window blinds for my home. The sales associate Javier Chavez was extremely helpful and friendly and was able to get me a discount on the items I needed and I was able to take the blinds home that day instead to shopping at the competitor's store. Home Depot did what it had to, to keep my business and make me happy. I appreciated the help, effort, and discount.

This store has lots of space. Don't feel jammed while walking around.

Store has always been busy when I visit. Have "usually" found what I'm looking for. Finding what I want has been a chore on occasion, but am still satisfied.

Never able to find exactly what I need in the lumber section either due to low stock or low quality pieces. We were looking for 8-10 ft length lumber . Either they were all out or whatever is left is poor quality with cracks and knots.

We were looking for lumber but the store was out of stock on the item we were looking for. Having come here for years. I get the general sense that the store is often out of stock more often than not when compared to the Campbell location. It is also a little harder to find a knowledgeable associate for assistance.

Sue, the greeter at this store is amazingly helpful! She knows where everything is, like a photographic memory! Down to aisle aisle, r, left side or right side, halfway down the aisle. Kudos for providing such a helpful service! I love Sue and seek her out on every visit!!!

I came looking for a product but couldn't recall the name, was not a common product (new I think) but I had seen it on the shelf a couple of days before. It was not where I had seen it and I had NO idea how to find it. The sales associate Bill in Hardware was immensely helpful. It took him and a number of others to finally locate one of the last 2 boxes of the MyQ Garage - Universal Smartphone Garage Door Controller. So thanks Bill. If you need help.... go look for Bill.

Amber went extra mile to identified the item and find it in the store storage lockbox. The store shelf arrangement provides a fantastic experience that customer can find a chance to interact with the people in the store.

The computer key machine is not an expecting good coz, 10 out of 5 is not okay to use it. I went back to store to re-make keys and reurned the one are not good !

I needed a load of one-foot-wide MDF for a shelving project I'm doing. When I was buying a 4'x2' sheet, one of the staff said "Hey, come back tomorrow, we'll rip some 8'x4' sheets for you instead, it'll be much cheaper". So I did, and the guy was just the best. I had to wait for him to sort out another customer first, totally understandable, and then he spent 20 minutes ripping four 8'x4' sheets into 8'x1' shelves. Lined all the cuts up perfectly, really took his time over it and made sure it was absolutely right. I had heard some worrying things about what happens if you get someone who doesn't know what he's doing, but this guy was absolutely outstanding. Saved me hours with a circular saw at home. If you've ever at Bollinger Home Depot, it's definitely worth finding this guy - looks like Jonah Lomu with a beard. Awesome!

Easy to find what I was looking for, seemed have the help when I needed it, this time around.

Associate is very knowledge and help me to locate the thing. I am happy with my visit. Only thing is that it is some what difficult to find an associate.

This is my "go to" store for stuff I know they stock. Their prices are good but their selection is less versatile than OSH. Of course, OSH is a lot more expensive and they are often sold out of what I want. So, it is either HD or going on-line and waiting for delivery. Additionally, IF YOU ASK, HD gives a military discount and that cancels out the sales tax so, provided you know what you want, its a good deal all around. The only drawback is the time and money spent on the14 mile round trip. OK, its a nice place but not exactly prime time entertainment, and I'm not really a shopper. Also, its not on the way to any place I'd normally like to go so, when you're at 975 De Anza Blvd., that's pretty much all there is.
