i usually come here to get everything i need for my home improvement projects.

I was returning (24) items with receipts. 1 item was incorrectly scanned: I thought I grabbed 2 of the same items, the cashier scanned 1 item twice. When I returned both items, 1 did not register. I was offered store credit. I attempted to explain but was cut-off mid-sentence with a 'item not on recent, do you want store credit?' I asked to speak with the store mgr. The rep sighed, then loudly announced to the 3-4 people behind me, "Sorry folks for the wait, it'll be a few minutes." before calling the store mgr. The store mgr [must have] told the rep over the phone to give me cash back so I did get my money back instead of a store credit, BUT this does not excuse the rude and unprofessional behavior. My HD customer service experience across many stores across many states (CA, NV, NJ, HI) has never been 'something to write home to mama' about, but this 'takes the cake.' I'd much rather travel another 10-15 minutes to a Lowes where customer service tends to be much better across different stores across different states (CA, NV, NJ).

All smiles everyone in there. No one seemed to be upset around there.

Customer services overall are quite good. In most cases I can get help to answer my questions and advise my shopping.

In the store everything is easy to find and very clean.

It depends but mostly very friendly staff there and the store is clean.

I have had many many shopping experiences at this Home Depot. And much of those are "normal" experiences for me. But many times there will be someone who is really super helpful, even going what seems above and beyond. I have had this happen a handful of times so it is not a fluke. And most recently I had another one of these experiences with a gentleman named Elijah and asked him who I could speak to in management to commend his help - he told me no worries as he is the manager. Well I can understand now why from time to time I get such great support from staff there. I am just a simple no skills or knowledge whatsoever person who tries to get DIY from time to time. Thank you very much!

The store has very good range of items available with plenty of options and alternatives.

I live near this HomeDepot and I shop here a lot. Sales associates are extremely helpful and friendly. Products are neatly stocked and isles are clean.

I tried calling another big home improvement store to order a window, and they never answered the phone the 2-3 times I called! Home Depot answered right away and I got exactly what I wanted! The price was so much less than other places I called and since it's for a shed/office, it's perfect for my purposes. I was just so thrilled to have someone help me and Justin even recommended less expensive options.

everytime i come to this location, it's been to pick up an online order. it's never ready even if i've waited a day or so later after being notified it's ready. when i've tried to find something, employees seem very vague about where to look for it or are too busy to help. very disappointing and i will try not to come to this store if at all possible, it's such a let down. i shop hd almost every day, sometimes more than once trying to repair stuff at my house and helping relatives. i really enjoy going to the santa clara store on lafayette, as everyone there is extremely helpful and friendly. sunnyvale is my 2nd favorite and the closest one to me but the best employees seem to be at santa clara

Requested assistance did not arrive. Cashier appeared to be totally disinterested.

Prices and products are great. The store is dusty and shopping carts clutter the parking lot. Again, once inside, one finds everything -- at great prices!

I would like to personally thank Erika, Jeff, and Penny for their amazing customer service. I had a complicated return and Jeff took the initiate to make the process as smooth as possible. I will no doubt return to make future purchases at this location. Ya for the flooring department!!

Those Store associates are available and very helpful.

Required a few items for a new home purchased this week. I spoke with 3 different associates, all were helpful. The cashier went out of his way to answer my questions and provide help for me to load my vehicle.

Paint. Yes they seem very good at matching paint samples.

This is not my regular store. I typically shop at the Home Depot in Campbell, CA. This store is convenient for me when I and in the area. I like the fact that the store has a Tool Rental desk as well. I had to return a few items and the associate at the returns desk was very courteous and friendly.

Paint, customer service, and pro desk... Everyone was very helpful... Took their time to help me find exactly what I was looking for! Best experience ever at Home Depot .

no expectation when going into home depot stores. Either you are bugged to death or you can't find anything.

The staff were very friendly, though can be slightly aloof at times. Among the many associates, however, there are great ones who are very helpful, attentive, and friendly.

I decided on the washer and dryer I wanted, then drove to Home Depot in Cupertino. John saw me write away, and asked how he could help. I told him what I wanted. He went over the machines with me, told me about the great price, and wrote up the contract. No problem at all. I will definitely go back.

This store has a large selection in price as well as size and type of plant saucers and gardening soil items. I was able to find exactly what i needed

I had to exchange a purchase because what I bought yesterday was the wrong thing. The associate at the customer service desk gave me no problems, and refunded my purchase easily. When I found the correct item, everything went very well - only on person in line in front of me!

The Pro Sales desk employee Maribel and the delivery team of Debbie and Carlos was all FANTASTIC!

Had no problem finding what I needed! Store app is very helpful! gives me the aisle where i can locate the stuff i need! sometimes i even help costumers in the store looking for stuff! I am in this store everyday! Keep it up!
