In the hardware section, many items were in the wrong bins, trays or drawers. I needed four 1/2" E-Rings. I only found one and it was in the 5/8" bin.

Good Store! Very friendly cashier! I did not require any assistance but she was very helpful to another customer that I witnessed.

I had to replace a toilet I bought over a year ago and Alice was so helpful in making this process easy and straightforward. Thanks Alice.

Basically I knew exactly where the products were located from buying them before. I didn't need any help to find what I was looking for but I did stop to chat with the folks from Solar City. The information I received from Solar City will help me later when I construct a new home.

I needed several bags of mulch. The sales associates Kory and David were extremely helpful with that, specifically pulling the bags and loading them into my car. At my age now, it's not so easy for me anymore to handle heavy items. I really appreciated them!

I have had an outstanding experience at the Contractor's desk with Jessy and John. Both gentlemen have worked diligently at assisting me in obtaining all the material I have needed for the construction of my home. They have at times even gone out of their way. Thanks.

The checkout associate helped us purchase a bale of straw in the rain, no muss no fuss.

The check out person Shirlena in the Bowie, Maryland store is an outstanding Home Depot employee. She epitomizes what an excellent employee is. Always smiling, always friendly,always a nice word to say, and always willing to help, and check you out without delay. She is definitely a model for what all excellent employees should be. There is no doubt that she would be the Home Depot employee of the year if this award existed.

As a local resident, I often visit this store. Over the past year, the store has done a complete turnaround. Where it used to be my second choice for goods and services, I now go there first (over their competitor across the street). The store cleanliness and much improved customer service are excellent. Mums were beautiful,great selection. Associates in Garden Center very helpful in helping me select and purchase mums.I even had assistance in loading my car. I will continue to buy all my garden needs at Home Depot, no matter what the season. Very disappointed in prices and terrible selection at Lowe's.

I came to Home Depot to pick up lumber. An associate helped me every step of the way and I was on my way! Loved that! I also found a Solar energy company and a possible job for my son! Great experience today. Keep up the good work!

The store has always been good to shop in. It has everything you need in stock. The product line could be a little better, but that's not the store's fault. I will definitely go back again.

My customer service experience at this Home Depot is the best I have experienced anywhere! From the moment I walk in and am greeted by a friendly person by the door, all the way through checking out, it is a pleasant place to shop. Every store associate I spoke with was professional, courteous and helpful. Thank you to your great staff -- I look forward to shopping here often.

I recently shopped this Home Depot with my 2 daughters. We were purchasing the necessary parts to make a set of hand canes for my daughter's contortion class. I showed a picture of our project to Derrick. He immediately proceeded to the aisle that housed some of the items we needed. He then enlisted the help of Miss Joan and Matt to assist with selecting and cutting the wood. All 3 of these associates were exceptional and you are lucky to have them!!

There were associates available to assist and answer questions if needed. I was able to locate the item I came to purchased and browse the aisles to look at new products.

Every time we go into this store, at least one store associate is extremely helpful and provides great customer service. Unfortunately, that's not common in retail these days. For some reason, though, this Home Depot ALWAYS has upbeat, helpful people working there and it's one of the reasons I will continue to go back again and again. (The 10% military discount is great, too!)

I had a specific list to purchase and being familiar with my former Home Depot Store it was fairly easy to shop the Bowie Home Depot Store. The only major difference than my normal experience was the fact that I was not greeted or ask if I needed assistance on this shopping trip.

I was greeted at the door and directed accurately to the item I was searching for. There were several sizes and several brands. Every price was clearly labeled and it took me just a few minutes to make my purchase. There were ample cashiers available!.

We shopped in four different store for refrigerators. When we went to Home Depot, Eddie Lewis assisted us. They had the same refrigerator we had seen at another store at a higher price. Eddie matched the price of the other store. Overall we saved money because the other store's three year agreement was more expensive. Eddie's help was amazing. He knew the products, their advantages and disadvantages, and his sense of humor made the experience much pleasant.

The store was organized and I was happy to purchase my new stove with the help of a friendly associate. Excellent!
