FOUND SOME NEW ITEMS THAT NEVER WAS THERE BEFORE!!!

clean and friendly associates. sometimes hard to find one though for help

The girl at the paint desk is friendly, knowledgeable and efficient. She knew what I needed even with my vague description.

Store was full of people. Nice to see. People in the paint were very nice.

Scott at the pro desk was professional.courteous, and made sure that my order was accurate. He was extremely helpful and very proficient at using the computer system to place my order. By the way, I received the order and it was absolutely perfect.

Thank you Mr. Donald Mitchell for exceeding our appliance purchase expectations! You are truly an "asset" to the Boynton Beach Home Depit location! :)

Never, ever disappointed when shopping at Home Depot. Products always available and store associates GREAT .

Associates are very knowledgeable when you can find one.

I wish there was a better selection of Milwaukee Tools. Also being a woodworker I would like it if they would sell a better variety of lumber by the board foot, similar to a lumberyard. I realize HD is geared towards the construction trades and DIY-ers.

The self checkout has a defective credit card scanner. My cards work everywhere else, but not at Home Depot. The "helper' at self checkout told me my card was defective and I should "contact my bank first thing in the morning" to fix the problem. But the problem is YOU, not Me, and the condescending tone of the "helper" just made your bungle even more annoying. This is NOT how you win customer loyalty.

Loved the personal attention we received from the flooring dept. I was able to purchase for three rooms today and obtain the financing I needed.

I was satisfied , Great place to go to and if they don't have it in stock you can always order online & pick it up from them.

I WENT TO THE STORE FOR A PLUMBING ITEM. STOPPED AT MICROWAVE DISPLAY. SALES ASSOCIATE WAS VERY HELPFUL WITH SELECTION.AFTER I PAID SHE PLACED ITEM IN MY CAR. I OFFERED A TIP AND SHE SAID THANK YOU, BUT NO. I WAS VERY PLEASED WITH MY VISIT.

Eldine made me feel like she was being bothered. She was slow to move around and made no eye contact. This is the first survey I have every taken with Home Depot. The poor experience I had with this associate sparked me to take this one. I hope she treats others nicer than I was treated.

Both the sales person and the person who helped us custom make our shade was extremely helpful, clear, patient and left us without any questions.

We visited the store to look for bedroom carpet. We were so pleased with the purchase and the thorough follow-through with its installation. We have recommended Home Depot to several for this easy, no stress experience. Thank you!

I didn't get 5 feet into the store when a gentleman asked if I needed help. When he was unsure of the location of an item on my list (there were 4), he searched to find it so I was not wandering all over the store. I easily found my items and was helped by a delightful young woman at the register. She insured my batteries (1 of my purchases) were correct and answered my questions fully. I had expected to be in the store for at least an hour and was out in 15 minutes with everything I needed. The prices were reasonable, too.

I ordred a few items online and picked up at store.

During my visit I needed a key copied so I stopped by Hardware where I was helped by an associate who made my keys quickly, was super friendly and even made me smile with a joke. After wandering around the store looking for solutions to a few different problems I was having. I ended up back in the Hardware department where I asked the associate that had helped me earlier if he had any ideas. Not only did he solve every one of my issues (walking me back and forth across the store to do so), but he kept it entertaining, educational and fun! What impressed me most wasn't the associate's knowledge or problem solving skills, but his kindness, humor and genuine enthusiasm to create solutions for me. This man took the time to help me and used it as an opportunity to be a great human. It is so rare to have a customer service experience like the one I had today. As a former Apple Store employee I've set the bar VERY high for these things. The associate that helped me exceeded all of my expectations. Home Depot should be extremely proud to have people like this on their team!

Associates may be busy assisting other customers, but are available on the floor. For this visit, I did not need to consult an associate. The store is well lit and clean in the aisles. Self-serve stores are prone to customer tampering with packaging. The worst of this is found in hardware and plumbing where people take parts or toss an item into the wrong bin. This is the worst of my shopping experience at this Home Depot. Associates do a great job of organizing product. I always enjoy shopping at this Home Depot because I am familiar with the general layout and consistent standard of performance. High five!!!
