I needed help to get a product to be picked up at a later date so the person with the truck could pick it up. I don't like stores that charge for Quote's that is why I hired my own contractor. In the future Home Depot would do a better business. Most contractors give the price for free

Products are neately laid-out and easily accessible. The store is clean and information is readily available. However, getting someone to assist, especially in kitchen/bath is a continuous problem.

This store is not only right down the road from me but all associates and products that are available are perfect. It is sometimes hard to track down a sales associate for help but when found they are always helpful, friendly and bring the type of experience I want to have in a store. The store is always clean, has a lot of options and even if I am going for one product I feel excited to be in the store and feel inspired to create more projects! I love this Home Depot and love that it is MY Home Depot.

we found what we were looking for--upon entering the store we asked for a product and it was exactly where she told us--in the garden center we asked about plastic nails and were told it was in hardware--where were they located???? right back in the garden center--a areal wild goose chase!!!!

While getting a propane tank replacement, we were greeted and assisted in a timely fashion.

I needed some plumbing supplies and I went to Home Depot where I met Pete and Rev who were very smart and polite. They helped me find the parts I needed. The return staff at customer service was great to. Andrea and Angelita were awesome.

This store is located close to my house we use it often,I know where things are. I enter and leave though garden minimal wait the clerks are friendly and it is close to parking.

Purchasing glass fitters needed 3 only 5 in stock selections were broken or significantly discolored from the others. Only purchased 1 and had to go to the Lake Worth store to buy the other two

Needed paint. A lot of customers and only two associates. Waited a while and very unorganized as customers were coming at the associates at all angles. Not the associates fault and they did keep tabs on who was next. Associate was very knowledgeable about paint and types for walls, base boards.

While I was returning various items to customer service, the clerk was truly pleasant to speak with, helped with all of my issues, (I had multiple receipts). and it was completed quick and harmless.

I was looking to replace my washer and dryer. I did not need anything fancy, just something reliable and durable. I went to the Lowe's first, which is across the street from the Home Depot. I was there for 10 minutes looking at the washer and dryer's and not one person approached me to help. While at the Lowe's, I checked on the Home Depot website from my phone and found exactly the washer and dryer that I wanted. The brand didn't appear to be carried at Lowes. I traveled across the street to the Home Depot and as soon as I got to the appliance department someone approached to help. The sales associate Christopher was extremely knowledgeable and professional. He asked questions to determine my needs and gave me all the specifics on the washer and dryer that I wanted to purchase. I was extremely satisfied by the attention to service at Home Depot provided to me.

Had to make a return and it was quick and painless. I was in and out in no time, plenty of parking also.

SO MANY TIMES WHEN YOU GO INTO ANY STORE & ASK FOR ASSISTANCE YOU DON'T REALLY GET THE EXPERIENCE YOU SOMETIMES SEE IN ADS OR MARKETING. I WENT INTO THE STORE TO GET MATERIALS FOR SOMEONE WHO WAS DOING SOME WALL REPAIR. I REALLY HAD NO KNOWLEDGE OF WHAT I WAS LOOKING FOR. I APPROACHED ASSOCIATE & TOLD HIM WHAT I WAS LOOKING FOR. TO MY SURPRISE HE SAID "COME ON & I WILL SHOW YOU WHERE IT IS. HE WALKED ME THERE. HE WAS SMILING, FRIENDLY COURTEOUS & HELPFUL. KUDOS TO THIS ASSOCIATE. HOME DEPOT SHOULD HAVE ASSOCIATES LIKE HIM IN ALL THEIR STORES. THANKS TO HIM FOR BEING SO HELPFUL & MAKING MY SHOPPING QUICK & EASY. !!!!

Orchids are of lesser quality than downtown but at the same price. Most orchids are scraggly and not marked/labeled as to the species. You can't tell what you are buying until it blooms

Very happy with product availability and prices. On line services are great. They collect the products you buy and have them waiting for your arrival.

Went to the kichen depatment looking for countertops. Met the associate told him what i was looking for,gave me suggestions and samples to help decide what i would like in my kichen. Went home with the samples and the next day went back and placed order. He was very helpful and knowledgeable. I would recommend to go to this store any time.

I was looking for an advertised shower head,and could not get an associate to help me.Frustrated I went to the front where Geise called the store manager,Sam and after about 20 minutes evidentally found the item and brought it to the front,where I paid for it and left the store. Ihave two degrees, and could not find the item myself,nor could the one associate who ultimately and reluctantly decided to help me.It was Sam who made me somewhat happy.Had I been the manager iwould have given me the item for nothing for the complete ineptness and comedy of errors perpetrated on me.

Appliance specialist Don Mitchell is the man to see when shopping for appliances in this Home Depot. He is extremely knowledgeable and friendly.
