In a big hurry as I had just broken my sprinkler line at home! The plumbing associate was in the plumbing isle...she took me directly to the needed (repair) part...I went straight the the register and was gone in record time!!! I needed it..you had it...great store helper...home ...repaired!!!! You just can't ask for more......

I was very happy with my shopping experience at this store location because the staffs were very helpful unlike the other location where I was refused and instead talked her way out from testing. The staff went far beyond to help me get the stuff I needed from other store location since their store has limited supply.

The lady in electrical was very friendly an helpful trying to find a window fan in stock. however, there were none.

A few helpful employees that get overshadowed by a few bad employees. Every time I go here I wander if any one knows what a sales position is any more.

Although the store is older, the shelves were well organized and the facility seems to be in excellent condiction. Store personel were helpful and provided the needed assistance.

Products are always available, prices are good, clean store.

This store is convenient and EZ to shop in. Things are ez to find and help is pretty quick. I love to shop here for my gardening supplies.

The product that I wanted was not available. I went to another store to find the same product and item was also not available.

I have never gone into this store and not be able to find exactly what I need as far as building material is concerned. I build an entire back yard, including a barbecue pit a pool walk away and many other things in the Tampa area. I am very satisfied with them. they have more building material than any store I have ever been in. Yes I am a satisfied customer with the Home Depot one stop center.

I was able to find exactly what I was looking for using the mobile app. While at the store I was approached by a very pilot and courteous member of staff. He was able to answer all of my technical questions and was very pleasant throughout my purchase. I would definitely recommend shopping at Home Depot and would also welcome in store assistance anytime

The only reason I knocked off a star was the lack of attention needed at the check-out lines. There were only 2 lanes open and no one assessed the need to open more, even when there were 8-10 people in those 2 lanes. Self check-out was closed for some reason. That alone would have sped up the process. It doesn't matter how quick and easy it was to find what you are looking for if, in the end, you have to wait several minutes in the check-out line. That is very frustrating.

I am concerned about prices and getting the parts I need. It was a person that was able to help me immensely that I remember. Others were not knowledgeable nor as adroit (i.e. skillful) with customers as this man. I was having a bad day. The understanding was what I remember. This meant everything to me and it seems that such people are difficult to find. Yet, I will shop at this store provided others, as was the manager, are like him. I have filled out a questionnaire with the clerks name on it so as not to incur too much attention to him. Thank you for time, care on road safety (I drive 35mph max.), as well as love of making things from scratch as well as part time.

This was a big store and I went in not knowing if I would be able to find what I was looking for but I loved how the homedepot online site gave me the price of the item its location and a little map to help as well. Very high tech and very helpful!
