We bought several different products and everywhere we were there was a very nice young person who assisted us with quite a bit of knowledge of each product we bought. Our cashier in customer service was also very helpful in assisting us in our purchase of Weber grill and a Statesville 5 pc patio set.

Manager Eric is the best in the business - continuously goes above and beyond for me. Have never experienced such great customer service.

Walked in to appliances and was immediately helped. Doug showed us everything about what we had requested and helped us to make a great decision.

This store happens to have the technology in their paint department that the other Home Depot in Franklin does not. All I have to do is tell them the paint name and brand and they can make whatever quantity I'd like. No hoping the color matching actually matches. Dan is the best in this department for getting all your needs.

I had three somewhat complicated returns and my cashier handled it in an efficient manner. She was very professional and didn't "sigh" like other return associates have been known to do with returns.

If you are buying window blinds or window treatment, please find the sales rep named Joshua. He makes sure that your store experience is excellent and is very helpful in helping you find the item you want at a price comfortable for you.

I enjoy shopping at The Home Depot - Cool Springs Store. They typically have everything on my shopping list and the employees always take you right to the spot for hard to find items. Checkout was a breeze today even though the store was fairly busy on a sunny Sunday afternoon

Only reason it is 4 stars as the normal situation at Home Depot is to have equipment in the aisle and one has to go around another aisle to get through. Not sure why this type of work is not done after store hours.

I love going here. Everyone is always so nice and helpful, even when I don't know exactly what I need. I was recently working on a project at home and had an idea, but I didn't know exactly what items would be needed to complete the project. A couple of different employees helped me, walking down the isles and showing me different options. When I got home, I had exactly what I needed and the project was a success!
