I went to the store to get a specific product I researched on the mobile app. I got to the store and went to the aisle and bin I received in a text. I found a better item for the same price! Also - they had Christmas stuff out and I felt kind of nostalgic seeing some of that stuff.

I purchased the installation of 3 doors. Doors do not come painted. This is a gouge. Charging for something that should be standard.

Rental equipment takes up all of parking lot no room for customers near door. Customer service ais perfect. Key prices over priced.

Convenient and I like my coupons

I always find the staff very helpful. They provide tips and listen to my project situation.

I needed assistance with purchasing a snow blower. Employees Tim and Josiah's customer service was professional. I did purchase product, they provided exceptional customer service above and beyond start to finish. I will shop at the Brice location as a result of the friendly service.

I purchased a package of two smoke/CO2 monitors. I red banner inside the package stated "A Value at $120." I got home and realized I paid $129. I called the store and was told the correct price was $129 and it must have been old packaging. I was told I could return them. So I did, along with numerous other items I purchased on the same visit. Then I was offered a $10 credit. Too rude and too late. Now I remember why online shopping is so much more convenient.

I recently did a special order for a new patio door and the process was very good. Dwayne and Kim were very courteous and helpful. Their product knowledge and communication skills made the transaction go smoothly.

Was so happy that I went to the at the time I did. Sales associate seen that I was walking using a cane and he didn't hesitate to accommodate me. I appreciate that and took time to walk me through what my options were.

I was shopping around for 3 new appliances. I made a decision to purchase at Home Depot based upon pricing. There was an Appliance Specialist named Cecilia who assisted me on the day that I went in to purchase a washer, dryer and microwave. She was amazing and beyond what I expected to receive. Superior customer service. Kudos to Cecilia.

I generally get what I’m looking for at this location I like it and never have issues.

I needed a new refrigerator. Shopped at 5 stores before going to Home Depot. The Appliance Specialist (Cecilia) was so knowledgeable and helpful, I purchased my fridge on the spot. None of the other stores compared with her service. (Hoping the installation due today goes well.)

Wow, it’s amazng how annoying it is to checkout out, at self checkout these days. You go to checkout out at the self checkout to help yourself to scan your your purchases in timely manner. Now you get slowed down by associate and they scan your stuff like you don’t know how too and hurry push the pay button, like to don’t know how to do this, before you can even check accuracy and price of items. This is also while not bbeing friendly out all. What an invasion of your purchase an privacy. Bring back self checkout to the consumer!!

Bought a clothes dryer yesterday and Cecilia in appliances was wonderful! She explained all of the options in the purchase and next steps in getting my new dryer installed. She was fun and friendly and took the time I needed to understand everything.

Between Home Depot email service, phone answer service and service desk… you can get three different answers to your order. And don’t expect it to come I. As scheduled..

This Home Depot has more inventory for home or construction projects. Also has extensive tool rental inventory. This is your dads Home Depot

The store is always neat and clean to me at least! Again the employees be on top of it and have smiles when I am passing! For the most part they are just friendly people!!

Michelle in plumbing, Tate and Pedro in lumber were all very helpful. So was Bob the Supervisor.

The representative that helped me with the product was very friendly and knowledgeable of the product that I purchased.

I know it sounds like an advertising one liner, but its true.

Rating a 1 star because a zero star rating is not an option. I made a recent trip to the local Home Depot I normally shop at. I needed several sheets of 1/4" x 4' x 8' plywood. I've been in construction more than 40 years so I usually know what I want before I get inside the store often looking online for the aisle and bin location of the product(s) before setting foot inside. I had to walk past the Pro Desk to get to the plywood aisle so I stopped to ask where the size of plywood was located before searching the aisle. A waste of time because the directions I received were an extended arm pointing down the plywood aisle where I was already standing. I began my search. I eventually found what I needed up in a second tier bin. I got a cart and climbed up on the lower bin to reach the plywood above. I saw a sales associate looking at my in between texting on their phone. When I went to ask for assistance they hurriedly walked away. The Pro Desk person grabbed a broom and began sweeping the floor. I went back and continued pulling the plywood down out of the bin. I saw the first associate looking at me and joined by another associate. When they saw me looking at them they both walked away only they went into the adjacent aisle. Do you know, at least in the lumber aisles, you can see through the bins into the adjacent aisles? They stood there talking. I finished pulling my order off the bin and headed to the checkout. I had to have two carts because everything would not fit on one. Another contractor was standing waiting to check out and saw me trying to maneuver two carts and came and helped me get in the que. The person he worked with was in line waiting and asked me a question about his project unrolling a set of his plans on my plywood "table". I gave him some advice on how he could execute his project. He moved on. I checked out and went to leave. I would not have made this purchase on that day but I had to rent a utility trailer to haul the purchase home and I needed the materials for a project I am doing. The store manager ought to at least instruct employees not to stand in open viewing of customers while texting or loitering while people may need assistance. It is not good for business but maybe this is what Home Depot is becoming: a home improvement store people shop at because they have to have things. Sad.

Went in to get a couple keys made and nobody could be bothered to help me. I just had to keep asking associates that walked by me if they could help me. After the second person came by I finally got some help.

Went to look at a new washer and dryer and was very impressed at the knowledgeable staff. Glad I spoke with both Cecilia and Karin who helped me select products better suited to my needs. They both were GREAT!
