I'm in all the time for items needed for home, as well as for work. special shout out to the associates in the lawn/garden dept ...they are extremely informative and we appreciate their helpfulness!

I walked up the paint counter not knowing anything except the colors I wanted. I was immediately taken care of by an associate who stuck with me until I had everything I needed. He was extremely helpful and knowlegable. There was no waiting at the register. This was a very enjoyable experience for me.

The store was easy to navigate and I was able to find the products I was searching for. The staff was patient with me even when my knowledge was less than ideal when describing my particular home repair problem/project...

Lawnmower was easy to find and had to page associate but very helpful when reached. Wish Lawnmowers would have sale.

Staff was very helpful to locate products and cashier helped elderly woman carry purchase to her car

Went in this morning expecting to be waiting for some period of time to get my questions resolved. Associate immediately available and answered all questions promptly and gave suggestions as well. He prepared my order (deck sealer) as well as another paint need. Very friendly. I have been assisted by this associate in the past, with same efficiency. He has been employed there for several years.

The store was clean and I got good service. I'm used to going to the classes but every time I've tried topen make a purchase I was helped right away.

The tool rental at the Brice Road Home Depot is a great service. If you ever need to rent any tools, I would highly recommend contacting the tool rental associates at Home Depot. Their prices are reasonable and the service is awesome.

I cannot remember the last time I had a bad experience. I have been using this Home Depot since it opened. I send my customers here and I am here myself at least 5 days a week. Thank you Si, SXM6304 for this particular great experience. Ron

This location blew my mind with the knowledge of the employees here. If you are asking about power tools ask for Mick, this guy is an encyclopedia of knowledge. The paint guys are on point and can tell you the best paint for what job. Can't explain how easy it was to pick out what I needed here with there help. I USED to be a Lowe's guy, but the know how of thus crew has converted me. Thanks guys and gals for actually hiring people who know their stuff!!! Cause when I'm working on a project that's exactly what I need. Profession assistance to make sure it's done right. A+++++++

I started coming to this location to take the classes and since I've recently bought a home I frequent the store for the house necessities. Associates are always helpful and friendly.

The staff at this store were very helpful and wonderful to talk to. I arrived at the store a few minutes before they opened in the morning. A staff member was there and told me that they would be opening in a few minutes. After talking with him for a few minutes about what I was looking for he let me in and then proceeded to help me find what I was looking for.

Lots of help. friendly people. The young man from Nicaragua was really friendly and helpful.

The power tool section is a little cramped on space. The associate was great, and me find I needed.

I knew what I wanted, where it was stocked, filled my cart and hit the road. I appreciate your inventory of products and various choices of similar products. In the Columbus, Ohio metropolitan area, I have other options besides Home Depot. What you have done for our Armed Services Vets makes Home Depot my first choice. Thank you. Although Associates were available, on this visit I was set in what I wanted so I needed no help.. As I was on my mission two Associates asked if they could help me. I told them I did not. In the past, when I did need assistance, they were very helpful. In the few circumstances when an Associate did not know the answer to my question or solution to my problem, they were wise enough to get an Associate who knew. Your Associates (in this store and others) have never disappointed me. As a side note, there were times when I needed use of the restroom. In this Home Depot location, as in other Home Depot venues, your restroom(s) have always been better than acceptable; very clean.

I want to go more "green" doing homeowners yard work. I purchased the Ryobi 40 volt trimmer and the 40 volt blower. These items work wonderfully well. I am very impressed.

We had 4 associates offer information and help during our visit, without asking. Happy with product display and purchase. Cashier very friendly and provided help in loading product.

I have been looking for a string trimmer to replace the underpowered battery unit I have. At Home Depot, they have a 58 volt battery unit by Echo that looks to have a lot of good features. The sign says that this particular unit is exclusive to Home Depot, so I suppose that means that they made a deal with Echo to introduce this particular unit at HD only. Okay, I suppose. Probably HD has the buying power (and selling power) to make that arrangement, but whatever, the Echo I bought has a lot of nice features. I bought it last night and charged it up. I will use it today, and hope it turns out to be a smart purchase. I have a lot of trimming to do, hope the battery lasts as long as I need. Price was $269, which is a lot to me, but I've seen similar hi-volt DeWalt units elsewhere for $399, and I really can't justify spending that much. I guess that the point of this review is that I am relieved to find a trimmer that looks like it is a genuinely strong product for less than some others I have seen. I like to see new, interesting, quality products at the stores I go into. Hope HD finds more cool, quality things and can sell them for a price that allows me to afford it. Wish I could tell you more about the trimmer itself, but its raining and I haven't used it yet. It's model CPH 58V, you can probably find reviews elsewhere.

All associates and team members are customer friendly. The on hand stock products per ads are always in stock. The garden center is clean and professional and well stocked. Customer service and in store knowledge of merchandise is professional. The key is trained staff to provide the best service and help with all questions. The managers and employees provide the best preparation for tomorrow by doing today's work superbly well.

I visited your store 5 different times this past week to buy shrubs, flowers and mulch. On each visit the attendants were helpful and friendly. The plants were beautiful and healthy looking and well priced. I appreciate the military discount and vet parking space too. I received great and friendly service each and every time by different staff. Great job and thank you! My yard looks great!

I had the nicest store associate while I was looking for decorative landscape stones. She was so helpful and made my experience so much easier.
