I always have an excellent experience when I go to this store. The associates are friendly and helpful. Steve and Leighton in flooring provide superb customer service, and Jim in plumbing also provided me with excellent customer service. The associates even speak to the customers. I guess that I was walking through the store looking lost. Federson, an associate, asked how he could assist me. I appreciate the level of customer service that I receive at this store. I do not receive the same level of customer service when I go to the Gahanna location. The Brice Road store is where I will be shopping from now on.

The store was very clean and everything I needed was available. Federson at hardware department was very helpful ,gentle with a pretty smile and very humble .

I have done many projects since 2006 on my fixer upper home. Most of them start to finish came via home depot. I have ordered and bought from the stores. I keep going back because they really make you feel like family. Aaron the store manager strives to make things right. Tony at the pro desk will stop you and ask how an item worked out for you. What I like most is that they are fair. If they make a mistake they fix it asap and without greater inconvenience or cost to the customer. Their advanced payor system will refund you if you do not have a receipt but provide the debit/credit card you used for the original purchase. They are always cleaning up and organizing. They have heart on Brice road, they will show you or teach you a simple way to resolve what you might see as a huge issue. I always stop and explore options with the pros before I buy. The service is GREAT!!

After purchasing 3 appliances, not only did they not have them available, the ones I had to replace them with were not delivered on time or not at all. I had to call many times to even figure out where my appliances were. I ended up getting floor models for 2 appliances because they no longer carried them. I'm still waiting on my 3rd appliance,a stove, that when I looked it up again was on sale. I had to call to get them to change it to the sale price. After that call I found out from the finance company that they entered the wrong terms! I will never shop at Home Depot again!

If an associate tells you that someone will meet you outside with your mulch and then load it for you DO NOT BELIEVE THEM!!! I was told just that. I waited and waited outside. No one ever came. I called the service desk. They could not tell me when someone would be out. I went inside for a FULL refund and somehow the Service Desk was able to botch that up as well. I left completely disappointed in the amount of time I spent at this store and the lack of assistance that I received. BTW if you ask for the Store Manager they try to pass off another manager as the actual Store Manager and in my case she was far less helpful the the other associates.

New and Much friendlier Staff. Very helpful and Customer satisfaction and service is there goal. They are back to asking us the customer . Hey there you need any help? Willing to help you load as well. I see a improvement with handicapped buggies and being charged.

Everyone is super nice and friendly. Used the Project loan to flip a house and so far this process has been pretty seamless thanks to the folks at Home Depot.

I am a recent widow, with little experience on home repairs. The employees at the Brice Road store always take the time to help me find what I need , answer my questions patiently , and give me advice on what I need to do to correct the problem. One employee , Brian is the reason I only shop at Home depot.
