I thought that the employees were very helpful during this visit.

I was able to find the product I wanted to look at easily. It took a short while to find an associate as it was during lunchtime, once I found an associate it was a simple process to order the product for delivery to my home.

I went out of my way to go to the Bridgeton store as I'm really much closer to another Home Depot. This one was wonderful and most helpful. As you know, Stan Schwede was the associate that I give KUDOS to. Without him and his help, I might have been lost. I'm a woman and don't know much about tools and fences, but I'm always willing to learn. He didn't treat me differently or talk down to me, which often men in the hardware stores may do. That's what made it such a great experience for me. Thanks to Stan.

Every time that I go to the Bridgeton Home Depot they are extremely helpful. I expecially like the associate in the flooring department and Mike in the doors and windows.

Very friendly staff. Willing to help and very knowledgeable about the areas they work in.

Associate Barbara does an excellent job....she has now sold us a washer, dryer, cook-top and a dishwasher.

Rod, the Associate in Appliances, was excellent in helping mme to find a new washer. Explained all the different options. Recommended the two BEST washers to fit my needs & budget. Had shopped on line here & several competitors. Was going to HD than one other but decided HD was my best buy.

I had to return a product and encountered no problems with the associates explaining the issues

Great experience! Kevin in Paint helped us locate the stain we wanted and the roller supplies we needed and offered to shake them without asking. another associate in customer service helped us locate additional product we needed in hardware that wasn't on the floor and then restocked the location. Checkout was very pleasant too.

Enjoy being met and greeted by the store staff. They always make me feel welcomed!

The staff in this store are always helpful. If you by chance have a question that an associate is not sure of the answer, they will find someone whom is and usually in a very short amount of time. Checkout is easy and if we have a lot of merchandise, especially heavy merchandise, I have always had an associate offer to help get the items into the car. That alone is worth a lot to me. Attitudes of employees are good. Store is clean and always plenty of carts available. I don't remember one time ever leaving this store without what I came in for. I just appreciate everything about it. Thanks for such a positive shopping experience each time.

when I go into the Bridgeton store or the O'Fallon store I never have any problems with anything the people are always helpful know where things are if they don't know they find out but I always know where things are as much as I am in the stores

The store is well organized and has such a variety of items in every department.

(name withheld) at the Pro Desk was EXTREMELY helpful. He went out of his way to locate a product from the HD website and also to make sure it was priced as advertised. Highly recommend the Bridgeton Home Depot just because of him! Excellent customer service, hopefully Home Depot is headed back into the customer service business.

This was a good experience running into a very nice (and helpful) Associate. I am pleased with the merchandise I purchased and will consider purchasing windows for our HOA. The Bridgeton store is convenient for me so I will be back.

The Bridgeton store was clean and it was convenient on my way home from work. Everything I needed I found and I used the self checkout feature was worked smoothly.

Store Associate, Shindell in Paint, worked for over an hour to reach a color I needed that was not automated. Although slammed with customers while her associate was on break, she handled my job and that of other customers with a friendly attitude and efficiency.

Paint department worked fast and effienctly to get my paint and others without an issues.

I love this home depot. The staff is always helpful and pleasant. I almost always find what I'm looking for and even things I don't need. For the reasons above I always recommend Home Depot and the HD giftcard is my primary gift to friends they by a new home or have a house warming party.

QUICK IN AND QUICK OUT FOUND WHAT I NEEDED AND WAS ABLE TO GET BACK TO WORK QUICKLY. -VERY PLEASED

My son called me @ work and said he'd broken his key in the front door. I went home and tried unsuccessfully for hours to remove the key & could not. I called several locksmiths who wanted $75-$125 to get the key out. I went to Home Depot hoping they had a tool I could use to remove the key & sure enough they did. The associate sold me a small hook looking device, instructed me on how to use it to get the key out and it WORKED! The tool (pack of 4) cost $8. I am so grateful for that guy & Home Depot!
