Clean, organized, and great prices, just an all around great store to shop at.

You can always get friendly help in this store. We have to drive about 40 minutes to get there, but it's worth the drive.

I have ordered two sets of granite counter tops so far and both have been a hassle to get installed. The stores in this area have large displays in the front of the stores advertising 10 day installation. The first was not installed in the 10 days and the second still has not been installed. I'm sure this issue is above the store level. Store personnel have done what they could. These stores should not offer what they can no deliver.

My favorite Home Depot to date. The staff are helpful. The returns have been super easy.

Our shopping experience at the Bristol Home Depot was great!!! We went into the store to return an item that was not needed in a repair that took a little longer to complete than we had anticipated. After nearly 5 months they took the item back, no questions asked. Even after the package had been damaged by rain. While looking around in the store, we decided to take advantage of an appliance sale in progress. We purchased a washer & dryer before we left. Their cordial & professional staff are great to work with. We really like the Bristol Home Depot !!!

Great employees who are willing to go above and beyond when one needs help.

I probably make purchases from Home Depot at least 3 or 4 times a month and have for several years. I have always been treated in a friendly and professional manner, Rarely have I had to wait even a few minutes for any assistance needed. Employees are able to answer my questions or to locate someone who could. in store, special order and internet purchases have always been in a manner that exceeded my expectations.

I have never received such friendly service. The employees are so nice and helpful and I would like to give a special "shout out" to the gentleman that checked us out and his name was Dennis.

I am not one who can drive a nail straight. Just don't have the talent for it. However, there are times when I attempt to "fix" something at the house. I drive by a competitor's store to get to your store on the Lee Highway simply because of your people. Of course there are times when everyone is busy and may not be available. That is understandable. HOWEVER, even when there are larger sales going on, and when people have much more items in their carts, your sales people and your check out people treat me like I am your largest customer. They never rush to answer my questions about what I need or advise about how to do something. It's like they care about ME. My motto is: I may not remember what you say or what you do. But I will ALWAYS remember how you make me feel. Think about that. The people at this store make you feel important and they are extremely friendly. Your people are what makes this store great. Especially those guys sitting at the table beside the checkout computers in the lumber dept. It doesn't matter how busy they are, they take the time for my "little" questions...they are the best.

There is a renewed sense of customer service at this location! Thank you for this very positive change!

Store was extremely clean, as always. There was a lack of support help, however the lady in the paint department was most helpful. ALL, whom I came into contact with, although in other areas of the store there was a significant wait for assistance, were extremely friendly.

Had been in this store before and it was always a pleasant experience. I live 42 mi. away so I have to use Lowe's which is 28 miles away. Lowe's frequently does not have everything I need and that is frustrating. Going multiple places is long, hard and expensive for someone on a fixed income. Home Depot always seems to have exactly what I need. What's more, and this is important, the employees at Home Depot in Bristol always have a smile on their face and seem like they are only there to help you. To me, that makes my visit there so much better than trying to hunt down help and having them waiting on 3 other people first. I wish the Bristol store was closer to me so I could use their store exclusively.

Hey if they have the product and you are pleased, proceed through checkout with no problem. If you are not happy and voice your concern, be ready for the absolute worse feeling in the world; they honestly don't care if they keep you as a customer or not. They will let you walk out the door and happily hand you the scissors to cut up your Home Depot card. Still shaking my head!

Ludy Van Zyl in home appliances and Suzi at checkout are why I drive past Lowe's on my way to Home Depot. If I had found them when I was Senior Vice President of Settlers Life Insurance Company, Inc., I would have hired both of them even if it meant paying an upfront cash bonus! There is no substitute for excellent employees and these are two of the best!

I have used this Home Depot for as long as I have been in Bristol, even when visiting. I have found the products I need, the staff very helpful in ordering items, and the employees very helpful and friendly.

You will not find a more friendly and helpful store anywhere. The customer matters here.
