The store is a good place to get your home materials. The Associates are very helpful and friendly. I love how clean the store is, and I also love the associates, they are very respectful to all customers.

Whatever I need for home maintenance & repair, Home Depot has it. Always plenty of help finding products. Advice is always available. My children regularly give me gift cards for this store.

be prepared to ring up, ring up and lift your own product including checking yourself out. Staff roams around trying to look busy, but when it comes to actually lifting a finger they turn their back to you. Im not going to ring up my lawn furniture. That is the least that they could do....

The store I went to was as neat and clean as I would expect to find. Had a little trouble finding my tiller but not a problem.

I experienced a very positive experience at the checkout. The cashier was friendly, accurate, and GENUINE. The day had started with a few challenges however our cashier managed to put a positive spin on our day with a pleasant disposition and a kind gesture. Thanks for the day brightener!

The spring flower / garden shopping started a little earlier than usual (for me) and I was very happy to see the garden department was stocked full and had quiet a variety to pick from. I was able to find everything I needed that day. I've already received many complements on all the flowers in the front yard. (And I've been telling everyone where they came from.) Thank you!

Roger saved us A LOT of time looking for the various sizes of bolts, washers and nuts that we needed - we needed quite a few. I expected to spend quite a bit of time going through the selection in the aisle, then Roger asked if he could help. He knew exactly where to look to get each size, saving me the time and trouble of walking up and down the aisle looking for them.

I shop at Home Depot a lot. I occasionally have a problem with wood products, but will still shop here first if I need anything for home improvements.

I am a disabled veteran with a PTSD service dog, and everyone was so kind to me. The store associates helped me out so much. A lot of times I am hesitant to go shopping, because I get panic attacks, but the associates at this Home Depot made me feel so comfortable and at ease. I felt so comfortable about asking questions about products, where at some stores they make you feel like a dummy. I really love the store a lot and visit it often. If I need help putting something in my cart, I don't need to look all over the store to find help. The store associates always have a smile on their faces and are eager to help me. If I need help putting something in my car, they are so helpful and kind. I wish more stores were like this.

I have always found great plants and many varieties to chose from in your store. This visit did not disappoint me. Found everything I wanted for my rock garden and the plants were all healthy and vibrant. This is where I go for my garden needs.

This location is always clean and organized. The employees are always very helpful and knowledgeable.

As usual, I found what I needed quickly. Twice I was offered help with handling my purchase. The cashier was very friendly.

I have access to multiple Home Depots, but Brooklyn Park is my all time favorite. Friendliness and helpfulness of associated exceeds other stores. Store is always clean and well organized.

While disappointed in the speed in which the associate was sent to help me (due to management scheduling issues and not his fault) and the rudeness of the checkout clerk, Nathan Mascarenhas more than made up for these issues with his tremendous customer service skills and pleasing personality. He was helpful, courteous, kind, and willing to keep things light and humorous as we did our manual labor. Treat him well with some sort of recognition (pay raise, promotion, etc.) before you lose him to a competitor that will treat him better. As a retired school superintendent I know and recognize untapped talent and potential for growth, and Nathan has it all. Everytime I go to this Home Depot staff is very helpful and friendly.

The store is always clean! The store associates are always available to answer questions! The parking lot is easy to get in and out of. The access to the building supply pick up area is accessed easily and never congested. Love the associates in the paint department! The store manager is extremely friendly and helpful! Awesome store all around!

I had a hard time finding everything I was looking for. But when I was able to find a sales assoc. I was pleasantly surprised. They understood my confusion and were very helpful and accommodating. The check out person was fabulous. She helped me feel more confident about my purchases and told me they could easily be returned without hassle. She offered to get a person to load my car for me and even said she hoped to see me again. I know it's not a big deal but a friendly person can change your whole attitude.

The people I dealt with was the most impressive part of my experience. Sales associate Nathan and cashier Delonda were delightful. I would return to that store just to deal with them!

Every time I come to the BP store, I'm always welcomed and asked if I need assistance. This is my favorite Home Depot store to frequent.
