The staff and associates at my home depot are always extremely helpful and friendly. I always enjoy my shopping experience at Home Depot due to this.

Very helpful. Everyone was very friendly and store well organized.

All of the associates and cashiers went above and beyond. The only name I have is Chavonne Williams since I asked her to write it in the receipt, but all of the people in the paint department were equally pleasant and helpful. I had not been to a Home Depot in over 10 years because of a horrible experience I had in a Lafayette store. I had been going to Lowe's, but will now do all of my business at Home Depot in Broussard.

I always can find what I need anytime of the year at Home Depot. Everyone that I run too is so nice and helpful. Now sometimes I do shop price so I may not always buy it but normally all my pool products and plants come from Home Depot.

My experience in the Broussard location was awesome as usual ! Their app told me where i needed to go and how many where available ! I went in this store upset from a bad day but once i saw their smiling faces and cheerful greeting from their employees it really brightened my day ! And not having to hunt down a lumber cart was great. There was one waiting as i entered the store. This is one of the cleanest stores i ever shopped in and when i went to checkout i was treated like a friend and not just a customer. Is other places were as friendly as this store i wouldn't mind shopping. But then again when i'm at Home Depot i'm like a kid in a candy store. Thanks again for the great experience ! Make me feel like i'm visiting the old mom and pop hardware stores. Home Depot brings back those good feelings of back then. Keep up the good work !

We visited the flooring department and Ms. Bobbie was so helpful! She called a nearby store to see if they had the rest of what we needed! She stayed on the phone for awhile waiting on another store looked for our product needed. Ms. Liza and Mr. Adrian in rental were both very knowledgable and we were able to get what we needed for our project! The employees were all very helpful and very nice!

Found what we needed very easily. Product that needed a sales associates help went quick and smooth.

Always an enjoyable experience in this store as the associates are eager to help and knowledgeable about more than just there area.

If you need anything for your kitchen, go see Leighton! Counter tops and cabinets are second nature to him, he really knows his stuff.

We quickly received the help we needed and the associates were very patient and helpful. We have made three purchases here in the last few eeks and will definitely continue to shop here for home improvement needs!

the effort that the workers in the store put forth was something im not use to and I don't normallytake the time to do surveys but just had to for the visits I had on that day. I went there twice and both times on that day and the service was excellent. So good I left message for the manager to call me so I give him a pat on the back and tip my hat. THEY ARE GOOD!

No help when needed! I went in to pickup some things for my husband and it was the worst thing I could have ever done. Two item took almost two hours. Waited for help to locate the part I needed and no one showed up so after about 30 minutes of waiting and looking at every person that passed by I walked around the store with my hubby on the phone trying to direct me to where i needed to go to find what we needed.

Brady at the pro desk is great and Jennifer and Autumn at the service desk are great and helpful people

I am an electrical contractor, and spend lots of time and money in Home Depot. I like your pricing, and the service at the Broussard La Home Depot. I spend thousands of dollars a month there, and would not go any were else.

I received excellent help from Leighton & Gidget in the flooring area due to the fact that there was no bodies to be located in that area for the store.i learned later that when I needed help in the kitchen area that Leighton & Gidget could help me there as well. It was great to know they had knowledge and convenience of the product you sell. GREAT HELP

I was very pleased with the helpfulness of the associate that ordered my floors. Although the product I wanted was not in stock, I was very satisfied at the ease of getting it ordered through the help of the associate. I was also pleased at the helpfulness of the employee who helped me load the items I did purchase.

I needed 2x4’s, 2x6’s and 2x12x8 PT. I used your web site and app to confirm the needed lumber was available and it was. I got to the store and found and loaded the 2x4’s, 2x6’s. I found the bid where the 2x12x8 should have been, in fact the bin had this correct labeling but the lumber was 2x10’s. There was no one in this section to assist me. I found someone in another department, he could not find the lumber so he calls for another person to come help. He left so I went and found the lumber. It was in the very top bin. The first guy returned I showed him where the lumber was. He left and returned with another person. He managed to get the fork lift started and got the load down to floor level but some boards extended past the forks. When the bands were cut, the first stack of board few just missing both guys. I got my lumber, paid and left. This trip took nearly one hour when it should have taken 15 minutes. Well, next time I’ll return to my preferred store, Lowes.

The young lady was very helpful in finding product that was moved to another spot

I was looking for some steps to put in my flower beds and found a good variety of them from which to choose.

I went to H.D. this past weekend and was very pleased. I called the store before I went to make sure that they had a particular product in stock. The lady I spoke with took the time to check out a couple of different items and then had the 5 gallons of paint pulled from the shelf and waiting for me when I got there. I had additional questions when I got there and she was more than happy to assist. After her, I spoke with another lady, the cashier working the D.I.Y. register. She scanned all my items to see how much it was then called for help for me in the tools section. I spoke with a guy who helped me pick out/figure out what item was best. All in all, I had a good experience this time.

This store is close to my home so I dont have to drive far and we can always get what we need without fighting lots of traffic.

As I enter the store the first thing I do is to get one of the associates to guide me to where I need to go to get my item.

The associates were very friendly. Took time to answer my questions and give me the guidence I needed.

THE SALES PEOPLE ARE VERY SWEET AND HELPFUL JUST NOT ENOUGH OF THEM. BUT VERY SWEET GUYS AND VERY PATIENT!
