The store manager, Chip, helped me remove two, stripped screws from my orbital sander and THEN found the appropriate sized screws to replace the part I was purchasing....and installed the replacement part! He also told me the hours he worked so that I could ask for him if I ever came back and needed help with anything. FANTASTIC customer service.........

Immediately upon entering the store I was asked if I needed help and someone walked me to the exact location of the brackets that I was seeking. Two other employees helped answer questions in 2 other departments.

I had a really nasty racial experience that needs to be discussed by a management team member at home depot in Buckhead. I am still upset about this cashiers behavior. I experience three African American customer at this store being sent to the rear of the store for no reason. I would like for someone to call me back.

My favorite Home Depot. Been coming here for years, and they have gotten me through many projects without fail.

Conrad Garner was very helpful while I was looking for the items that I needed. Very knowledgeable and courteous! I will definitely ask for him the next time I visit this Home Depot.

I apparently made a mistake on the survey indicating I was not satisfied on my last visit. I, in fact was satisfied with visit and what I got.

I was assisted by 3 associates in this store and all of them went above and beyond. I also submitted a review from my receipt and I hope they get recognition for their friendliness and willingness to help me out.

Excellent customer service from Randy, mgr. of the night restocking crew, and on to the service desk personnel. When I explained why I was calling, I got either answers or was promptly put in contact with the right individual. Randy expertly left a message to the service desk so that Saturday morning they knew to expect a call from me. The service desk persons, whose name I did not get was extremely courteous on the phone and promptly let me know what I needed to do to have my leaf blower problem reviewed. Arriving to the store, Matt Gilbert, assistant manager, came to my aid and promptly listened to my concerns regarding the less than two year old Ryobi leaf blower. He walked me through the process to resolve the malfunctioning problem. Every step of the way while I had to wait, employees greeted me professionally and asked if they could help me on numerous occasions. This store knows how to provide customer service and makes it so that the customer knows they are valued and their concerns will be addressed, properly and fairly. I frequent this store and have visited another store close to my residence. Buckhead knows how to take care of their customers.

Excellent help from several employees that worked with me thru both applying for a new Home Depot credit card and a sizable purchase.

Customer Service was the best I have seen in years!

Great store with all the products we need. The only "issues" I've had with this store was their customer service in the carpet department and on the phone with customer service. We asked a worker about the different types of carpet and if she could tell us what makes the animal lifeproof carpet. She answered back with a question asking us, "What do you think 'lifeproof' means?" "If it says animal proof, what do you think that means?" We were taken aback with how rude she was and with those questions she asked us. Not only did it come off as bad customer service, it came off as if she had NO idea what the difference was in that carpet as opposed to other ones. Please do not respond to a customer's question with another question. The other problem I had with customer service on the phone was when I had a question if a product I was looking for was in stock. She asked me if I could see a store SKU # at the top of the page. When I said I could not, she was like, "Okay, then that means we don't have it," and immediately hung up without seeing if I had any other questions, or even before I could even say thank you! I don't know if these workers had any customer service training, but they may need it.

If you are looking for anything for your home go see Carolann and Shelley they are wonderful!

This store is great. I typically spend 3-4 days per week coming here for products. Always great service!

Store seemed good only shopped appliances

Above and beyond customer service from Seniyah at this location. She approached me before I knew I needed help and walked me through from start to finish. I had to return to pick up my merchandise and she had it ready and waiting for me on my arrival.

I absolutely love this store. The associates are so awesome!!!! Their willingness to help were above and beyond my expectations. If you need something, they will gladly point you in the right direction. I had one guy leave his department to help me find what I needed and did it with a smile on his face. I visit this store all the time because of their genuine and customer service. I will continue to choose this store over any other Home Improvement store. Thank you guys for making me feel like I am a part of the family.

The store is close intown and right by Marta station for access to train and employees are helpful and available

I love this Home Depot store! The employees are always helpful and friendly. And the store -garden supply areas are always clean and tidy.

I am so blessed to live close to this Buckhead store of the HomeDepot. I saved a lot of money and time by their solutions. Every single second of my shopping experience at this store always worthed.

Best garden dept ever!

We live in NC but shop the store on Piedmont when spending time in Atlanta. I'm a long time Home Depot customer and while all HD's have larger inventories than their competitors, this location offers products I can't find at other stores. The Piedmont store also has some veteran sales people, like Carol in floorcovering, who are experts in their field.

I love how there's always people around that speak Spanish, that explains things to my wife because She never listens to me. Lol I recommend Cynthia, and heidi so friendly at cashiers at gardens.

David Sharpton is very present and perhaps that's why this store is well kept and employees are friendly.

I came into the store as a regular customer looking for a great deals on the upcoming shine summer holiday and was not disappointed. I decided to buy a patio furniture set and after looking for help getting one I liked, I found Earnest in the garden department. He was super friendly in assisting me with loading my set onto a flat cart and bringing me and my purchases to the front cashiers. I could not help but notice how friendly the employees were and the cleanliness of the aisles in this home improvement store. Everyone seems happy to see me and all said some type of greeting. Nothing compares to the Buckhead Home Depot! That's a reflection of great leadership. I will definitely shop here again, even though it is 2 stores closer to me. Thank you guys and girls!

Long story short... Kristin and Delinda went way, way out of their way to make my day! They found the microwave that I wanted that my local store didn't have and made me smile! These two are awesome! Definitely worth the 3 hour drive to visit the nicer Home Depot store. I will see you two again soon!
