Associate allowed us to open and inspect before our chance to ensure no damage Also the floor manager, Michele was awesome. We had major issue with online delivery from the delran nj store in which they sent a damage vanity to our home. We refused and they promised another one. They sent the same vanity out that was damaged and we refused. Who does that. Wrong on every level and the delran store FAILED in customer service. Michelle took ownership of the issue. Worked with us to secure another unit. Un damage and discounted it for our troubles. Michelle I would hope be recognized for going above to take care what should be Home Depot number goal. Employees here know the store. When I'm in the plumbing aisles there's always somebody there that understands my situation and knows where the parts are. Hard to find these days.

Employees that work at the Burlington store are always very helpful and friendly. The inventory that is kept at the store is minimal. I’ve been through a few items that were on the shelves for years then, all of a sudden, they disappeared. I found them at other Locations In the area, but this is my local store.

I brought a light fixture that my client adored seeing

Not bad for the most part. Parking lot is really dark at night so it looks closed as soon as it gets dark. The lumber can be pretty awful so be ready to dig around to find an intact stright square board. The lattice is total garbage and I'd avoid it. I'd love it if they would stop moving aisles around.

The store is well stocked and organized. However it’s difficult to get assistance when needed. Also many of the outside plants in the Garden section are neglected.

Over exceeds in knowledge and customer service. Not many out there like him!
