This is my favorite Home Depot. I can always find someone to help me close to the area I am searching for something. I love the Veterans discounts and the parking for Veterans. The workers are always friendly and helpful. Stock is kept up and you can find on the low end or spend for a better quality they keep it well stocked and clean. Thank you for being in my area . 2 thumbs up.

The store is always up kept well however given the size it is inadequate compared to stores like Mount Pleasant Inn Midland therefore I have to travel further to get things that I need you need to upgrade the size of the Cadillac store.

The Cadillac Home Depot is filled with the most professional staff. It’s obviously all about customer service and satisfaction. I check out at the pro desk usually and they all treat us with the best customer responsive approach. Thank you Todd, Bob, Keith, Mary and Taylor. You all are great!!

On a whim, I decided to check out the kitchen cabinets. Met this friendly "happy" guy whose name is Adam, and happens to be the kitchen designer....what a very nice, knowledgeable, and just plain fun guy!

I purchased an order online and had picked it up in store at the service desk and a very friendly fella was very accomodating

This store has amazing people who work there; they are helpful and knowledgeable, professional and eager to please customers. The store itself is clean and neat and nice to shop in.

Employees ASK to help customers and then ACTUALLY do! Thank you so much for your knowledgeable employees. Guy in plumbing saved us many hours of labor with the 2 quick connects and a pipe cutter. Even explained each step, how to check for tightness, and how to fix that. Unfortunately, I didn't catch his name but hard a black & white checked jacket on. Thank you Sir, you made a tough job go VERY smooth, 30mins and done. My faucet is AMAZING!

It is the friendlyest place to shop, very helpful and always have what I come for, or always willing to suggest ordering it, or where I can get it. And good quality, and prices are very good.

Self checkout is poor way to cut costs. Customers should not have to self checkout. Home Depot doesn’t discount goods for using our labor to self checkout.

We were thankful for the willing and knowledgeable help we received at the HD in Cadillac. They went the second mile to help us find what we needed, even though it was almost closing time.

Always enjoy going into the store. We do a lot of projects ourselves and knowledgeable people in all departments help. For me - I would like to see more DYI projects offered at the store - even if it's just informational = for instance the automatic settings and timers on your thermostat. Or security systems - pros and cons - instead of having 3 different companies coming to the house. I'd like to be knowledgeable before hand. Thank you.
