The store associate was very helpful and very knowledgeable about the paint products carried by the store.

I live in Seattle but worked on my daughter's house in Owosso MI. Many trips to the Home Depot store and I was pleasantly surprised by how friendly and helpful the associates were. Everyone I dealt with was very knowledgeable and willing to take the time to help me find the product or alternatives that were appropriate for the project I was working on. Owosso could give lessons to the HD stores our here in Seattle.

Never ever before, have I experienced enough personnel to assist me, in previous visits, There was no available staff. Yesterday, there was staff everywhere, so friendly and willing to help. It was like a total NEW amazing store. Thank you for staffing your store appropriately. I will definitely tell everyone.

I usually shop the Mt. Pleasant Home Depot, but happen to see this Home Depot while passing through Owosso. The store had easy access off and on the road, so I stopped in to get some parts I needed for a cabinet. The store was very clean, I was met with a smile; When asked if I needed help, I told them no, they acknowledge and let me shop without being bothered. If I needed help, it seemed that there were associates well placed throughout the store.

I went to buy a Grill today and all the associates were very helpful and friendly, checkout was very quick and two associates loaded it into my car. I am very pleased with my experience today and will return to this store for all my future purchases.

As a semi- frequent shopper of the Owosso Home Depot I am Constantly happy with my experience at this store. It may be a smaller location for our area, but I consistently get great help from the employees and they are always able to answer what ever questions i may com up with.

I was asked three times if I needed help - cashier was very helpful and someone was outside to help load my purchase

I went to my local Home Depot store twice before making my final decision on a new microwave. The first time I was in research mode -- looking for a model/brand with features I wanted in a replacement. A week later I returned to make my final decision and purchase. Both times I encountered very helpful and knowledgeable associates who answered all my questions and even plugged in the 2 models I was considering so I could actually hear the noise level when operating and the beeping at the end of cycle. I ended up with a new appliance that fit my requirements perfectly. In addition to loading my new microweve into a cart to take to check out - they also offered to help me put my new purchase in my car. Excellent service from beginning to end.

I was there to purchase a new vacuum cleaner and Lori helped me immediately. She looked up the reviews and helped me make a choice, Wonderful service as always.

I live in the Owosso area and I am grateful to have Home Depot in our town so we don't always have to drive to larger communities. However, I am sometimes very dissatisfied with the customer service at this location. Staff are often no where to be found when you need them. We have had issues in almost every department including paint, doors and windows, plumbing and flooring. Its been on different occasions over the years so it makes us believe its an overall store issue not a rare bad day at the store. We still shop there regularly, like I said its a small town so we kind of "have to" for the convenience, but we walk in the store with dread if we are after something we are going to need to consult with someone on. They either need to hire more folks or look at their store practices on customer service.

Bought salt (40 lbs...6 bags. Employee help load 3 of the 6. Hard to lift with a bad back but the employee didnt know that. Greatful for the help.

Everyone at the Owosso store has always been helpful, conscientious and kind. They all do a great job.

I came in contact with 4 employees in the short time I was there. Each were appropriately supportive and sincere in their desire to help me find what I was looking for. One employee spent a large amount of time with me in that I wasn't sure what I wanted to solve my problem. However, as I pondered, I felt absolutely no pressure from him because of the amount of time I was taking to decide what to do. I can't compliment the staff enough.

This store makes others look bad. The cleanest store and the best and most helpfull staff make this my favorite store for both business and personal use. I have been to lots of other home depots and this store is by far the very best.
