I returned an item at the returns register and was initially pleased with the friendliness of the clerk and her willingness to allow me to return the product even though it had been opened and I didn't have my receipt. I shopped for a replacement product and returned to the counter where she proceeded to process the return. I suppose I swiped my credit card at the wrong time because suddenly the clerk changed the volume and the tone of her voice and said, "No, don't swipe your card now. Do you want your refund?" I felt embarrassed in front of the other customers in line. I gave 4 stars because the associate who helped me in plumbing supplies was excellent.

Anytime I have needed assistance in any department, staff was knowledgeable, prompt in their response and polite even when I didn't know exactly what I was needing. I feel I can always depend on my local Hone Depot.

I am not a handy person around the home for fixing, etc. I have found that Home Depot really wants to help the customers by answering questions, giving thoughts about the needs at hand, and making sure the customer is satisfied. I have never stained or used polyurethane for kitchen cabinets. I got good advice, help with the color I wanted, and was even introduced to a stain pen for problem spots. My cabinets turned out beautifully. The associate was so helpful, friendly, and took time to listen to the needs I had. Thank you, Home Depot.

It is a wonderful store that has super associates--The associates get to know their customers personally and know what the products they like. It is so nice to come in and have an associate tell me about the products I regularly buy and if there are any 'specials' that are going on at the time on those products. The visit to the Calhoun Home Depot is always well worth the time and I love the friendliness and knowledge the associates display.

The Calhoun, GA Home Depot always has well stocked shelves. Never do I have to worry about the Calhoun store being out of a product. If Home Depot sells the product; the Calhoun store will have it in stock. Not only will the product be in stock but the aisles will always be clear and the shelves will be well organized so that it is easy to find any product you need. It is nice to walk into a store and know that you are going to walk out of that store with the product that you need.

The young lady at Self checkout was a pleasure to deal with and was very helpful on getting me out in a hurry. She always smiling and willing to help one of the best cashiers.

On my visit today (05/03/15) at my local Home Depot in Calhoun, Ga. I was looking for an item, and wasn't sure where to find it, then one of the associates ask if I needed any help. Even thou they didn't work in the area where the item was I was looking for, they took the time and trouble to escort me to the area I needed, and even gave me advice on the best product that would help solve my problem. These associates are all so helpful, and the customer service they give is 2nd to none. Thats why I think of them as being Family, always helpful, always polite and best of all always friendly.

Upon entering store an associate immediately asked if I needed help finding anything. Once I advised what I came in for, the associate took me to the location of the item. Associate then asked if I required any further assistance. Once I had my item for purchase and went to check out, I was checked out promptly.

The loader that was working tonight, I think it was Nick has a bad attitude and is disrespectful of customers. Was nowhere to be found, Evan came out to help, then Nick showed up giving hateful glares. While loading was short with a family needing help, then made body gestures toward me that he thought had gone unnoticed, but I had seen as well as other, who also told me. He's the one that excepted the job, so therefore needs to do the job with a better attitude or find another job that will make him happy.

The store employees are always there when you need them and even if you don't. It makes shopping super easy when in a rush and need help finding something.

The garden section in the Calhoun, GA Home Depot is always clean, neat, and filled with wonderful items. The plants are beautiful and there is always an associate that can answer any question you might have about a product or plant. The cashiers are always quick to point out sale products and tell you about upcoming events. There is never a shortage of any product or associates to help you in the garden section. I love all of the various departments in the particular store because everyone is so friendly and professional. The Calhoun store is the only Home Depot to shop at!!

The employees at this Pro Shop are all very knowledgeable and professional. Always willing to help with locating a product in store or online. Ive had the opportunity to visit most of the stores in the North Ga area and there is not another Pro Shop that even compares.

My trip to Home Depot was a success! I was able to buy the mulch I needed on sale and now my flower beds look great for Spring! Store associates were available to help me load everything and I was done in a flash! I am pleased with my experience.

We returned home in November 2014. While in the Nashville, TN area we bought a house that was a 100% "re-do". We were there 11 years and worked our house the entire time. Our "go-to" place was a competitor of Home Depot. We we left Calhoun. GA in 2003 there was no big box home improvement store here. When we returned "Big Orange" had come to town. Within two weeks we bought our new house and the remodeling of this house has gone quickly and very efficiently and Home Depot has been a great part of that success. I have a handicap and whenever I go into the store associates go immediately to the motorized carts and get one ready for me before I can get to it. On one occasion two associates assisted me. We do most of the work on our house and have lots of DIY questions. The staff is always helpful and very patient. If it wasn't for Home Depot the cost of doing our house would have been thousands of dollars higher due to increase labor cost alone. One of the greatest improvement here at home was that Home Depot came to town. Thank you for your professionalism and kindness. You have made our transition to our retirement years much easier.

To much stock in isles and had to move to get to products. Lumber department had most of isles blocked with carts loaded with lumber.

I have a painting buss..and I am in the store several times a day and am always pleased with the service and help I get from the employees which are well trained and can answer any quistions I have

I have been help several times at the paint dept and was help with problems i was having with paint. Manger solve problem .just a good place to do business,Calhoun really needed Home Depot.

store is getting better and better with having appropriate staffing levels of friendly, helpful associates. garden area still lacks a good flow plan for customer shopping experience. no carts available upon approach from the parking lot to garden area and no associates in garden are very helpful unless asked. I shop garden area a number of times a month but since your veggie selections are so high priced now, I am likely to buy live plants elsewhere. No 6-pack veggies available and 3.98 is steep. Need to carry black velvet brand mushroom compost since timberline is trash and pine bark. need potting soil up and visible to customers , easy to access to avoid us asking for lot associates to help. need to have some kind of raised bed demonstration -- hands on-- something to give us a vision of what we could do at home. your visual merchandising in garden is not good this year.
