Three different associates helped me find exactly what I needed. They offered help just seeing me looking at the shelves, made sure what I needed and took me to the exact items. And they were friendly.

THE ASSOCIATES ARE HELPFUL, KNOWLEDGEABLE, AND ALWAYS THERE TO HELP WITH YOUR PROJECT NEEDS

From time to time (wish it were always the case) this location has associates/employees who actually know what they are talking about, and take their time to help a customer like myself.

Clerk in gardening asked if I needed help, showed me to exactly what I wanted, and explained how to apply it. Quick and easy!

The store was neat, clean and overall a good environment. Andrew who assisted me went out of his way to help me and was very courteous, respectful and very helpful. Great employee!

Received superior service from a Home Depot associate. I was more than pleased with the helpfulness I received

Ordered special Decora wall plates on-line & picked them up at the store. Went to the customer service desk on a Saturday thinking it might take some time only to be pleasantly surprised when I was in and out in 10 minutes. The only down side is that one of the items ordered won't be in for several more days but the associate called & gave me the expected ETA.

You can ask the front to call someone to help with things like cutting wood or pulling things high off shelves, if you can find someone! The employees are very willing to help but Home depot has not hired enough people to help the small customer like me. I was building my 3rd Rabbit cage, knew what i needed cut, but no one could help me for over 10 minutes, and then I had to search for help. If you know the store layout...finding someone to get you help is all the way back at the front. Wood and cutting is in the very back. even though they paged employees to helpmeet at the saw, no one came because they were tied up helping big contractors with pallets of stuff. this takes one person on the fork lift, one person directing and on person holding customers back from getting hurt. This would be an also store if they had more help!!!

Home Depot in Canoga Park is my go-to store for any job. Not cluttered and easy to get things I need in a hurry. I usually end up getting more things than I went in for.

I was in the store to pick up a few parts for my office remodel and noticed a sale on Makita drill/impact combos. Due to the sale price I purchased 10 for my business. Stephanie, the Hardware Supervisor helped me with my purchase. I have a commercial account and Stephanie informed me of the Pro program which due to volume purchased may qualify for additional discounts. Stephanie was also very knowledgeable in my business (electrical) and informed me of Home Depot as a potential material supplier. Until having this conversation with Stephanie I assumed they could not handle the volumes of material I need. Stephanie was awesome and I would consider the Home Depot for more larger purchases after my conversation with her. I wish I had more people on my team like her. The Home Depot is luckily to have an asset like Stephanie.

At most stores it's impossible to find a sales associate and when you do they're not happy to help you. Not at this Home Depot. I usually am there during weekday mornings and there is an abundance of floor associates and they are always helpful. Usually they'll walk you to the item you're looking for. I know they're all TRAINED to do that but not all stores actually do it. Well here they do. It's refreshing.

Thank you Robert B. for always helping me everytime I visit the store. You are always so friendly and helpful and I will continue to return to this Home Depot, simply because of how helpful you are. Thanks again!! HOME DEPOT.. GIVE THIS MAN A RAISE :)

The store was clean with the isles clean . The products were easier to find than other places.

It's a great hardware store that is very organized and has everything that you would need. The biggest dilemma with this one was the availability of store associates. I had to wait for about 10 minutes just waiting for someone to respond to the call over the PA system to come to hardware to assist me. I came at different parts of the day, and was given assistance immediately later in the day. Guess I came at a bad time the previous visit. Pretty disappointing on that part, but overall everything is straight forward and simple great store for all the hardware you need.

I would most certainly take time to appreciate the efforts of couple employees who made the positive difference to my experience with homedepot. They both are extremely courteous , knowledgeable and treat their customer with great empathy. They are willing to understand what customer needs and solve for it with all the means in their reach. They go beyond normal cashiers duty of checking you out. They work with you , try to find ways to make it easy, like coming with options and giving it them a try. I have seen associates at competition stores very rude and unwilling and these are the people that make you come back at Home Depot and especially to Canoga Park store. Way to go.....

While exchanging an item, Edgar and Robert B. went the extra mile to make sure that I received the item I was looking for. The nice lady at the return counter also made sure I had everything I needed for my project. Overall, these three employees made my experience at this Home Depot great! Thank you, I will shop here more often.

I just wanted to thank George, who works in department #26 for his help today. He is a true fast, fun, and friendly team member. He helped me find everything I needed for my project. He spend time with me and he was really patient answering all my questions and really tried to help me find everything I need today. I hope I see him again on my next shopping experience in the store.

I wanted to return a toilet part I had purchased and was informed the part was not returnable, so I guess I am out the $10/00 I paid for it!

Have to go to this Home Depot store because the one in my neighborhood doesn't sell softener salts anymore (political crapola). I also got gardening supplies. Lady that helped me in garden area was very friendly and helpful. I will always visit this Home Depot in Canoga Park when in the SF Valley. Good Job Guys!!!!!
