This store goes beyond the basics to help. The employees are always polite and friendly, willing to help solve issues by suggesting products that are likely and usually help.

Frank in Hardware is very knowledgeable. If you need answers....he's your man.

Very happy to shop at this location. The products are good, but it is the customer service that sets this store apart. After feeling invisible at a competitor's store, this was a very pleasant experience.

I had to get some plumbing supplies and I wasn't sure what I needed. Nina did, she helped get the item and bingo! it was done. Best experience ever ! it was like she owned her own hardware store and I was her only customer. Great Job, Nina and Thank you.

I particularly like the skill of the employees. When I have a problem or need help, they are either extremely knowledgeable and helpful themselves, or they bring over the area expert. Everyone is always cheerful.

Disrespectful to vets. No help with 16 foot boards

I shop there a lot. It is a great store and was "up to snuff".

Staff was there asking if they could help you find items. The cashier was very helpful in grouping my gift cards to pay for my items. This store is much better managed and the employees are friendly than the Jasper store. I will drive the distance for this type of service.

I dearly love shopping at this store. The people in Gardening know their stuff and are always ready to assist in any way they can. My most recent visit was yesterday when I was shopping for new appliances. The sales person was most helpful in helping me make my decision on what I needed.

Customer service was excellent. Had experience with at least 6 or 7 employees. Are were very helpful.

Although NONE of the HD's are as good as when Arthur and Bernie were leading the company, this one is one of the better ones. It's hard to fond someone to help when you need help, and the loading area is always crowded with inconsiderate morons who park there and shop. This practice is encouraged by the Pro Desk employees. If I have to get something under the awning, I just go to Lowe's.

I know where everything is in this store and your people are always helpful and friendly. I would especially like to thank Russ in plumbing for his personal assistance.

Been going to this location for several years and always felt as if we were family. This has changed since the new manager has taken over. The staff is top notch, senior team does not appear to be engaged.

found what i needed but the packaging I was after was not on the shelf so I had to spend more money for more of a smaller packaging.

I visit Home Depot almost every day and enjoy seeing all the employees there. I would say 90 percent of them call me by name and they ask if they can help almost every time I come thru the door. They go out of their way to make it not seem like part of my job to purchase items for work. Just want to say thanks for the relief. What a great crew!

Found items I can to purchase easily but checlk out slow in gardena rea.
