I'm always glad when I find an excuse to go to Home Depot! It's like my toy store. The associates are always pleasant and helpful, I can usually find what I need, and if I can't they are glad to help me.

The produce was very easy to find and help was there to assist me.

I went into the store and got help finding what I needed ,and got out very quick.

The girl that helped me in the paint department was very helpful , pleasant and helped with the right paint color and kind of paint I wanted. Always use Behr and love the paint. She even walked me over with paint samples to place them against the counters I have so I could see if they looked right. Very pleased. Love the store.

The store is always clean and brightly lit. The aisles are well labeled. The Cashier, Megan, was very competent and friendly . Always a pleasure to shop at this store.

I like the Home Depot store in Carlisle. There is always an Associate available and willing to help you. The store is never cluttered even during the Holiday Season. There is always plenty of room to walk.

The store is clean, easy to navigate and I love the self checkouts when I just have a few things. Best store ever.

I was offered assistance by at least five associates and they all made me feel confident in my purchase. The cashier was particularly knowledgeable and friendly.

I have to say we were working with Eric Flood at the Carlisle store and it was the best experience ever. The customer service was wonderful. We spent quite some time (3 weeks)going over windows and such for our house. He was very informative and helpful. He helped us decide what was best for what we were looking for. He helped us build the windows and not overlook any details. It was a very pleasant experience. Every time that we went in we received a warm welcome. He spent hours with us going over this and explaining the difference in the types of windows and all the fine details. He was very thorough and detailed. We changed things several times until we finally had all the windows as we wanted them. I am an account mgr at my company and strive for customer service and I have to say it was the best that I have ever received at a store. Eric went above and beyond to make sure we were 100% satisfied. He helped us build the windows, guided us in the right direction, and completed follow up from beginning to end. He is definitely as asset to your company and should be recognized on many levels.

i WENT TO THE APPLIANCE DEPT AND WAS HELPED IMMEDIATELY. NO HASSELS. I WALKED OUT A FEW MINUTES LATER WITH MY APPLIANCES ORDERED.

I visited the garden center, just looking to see if there was anything I might want. I was impressed by how clean it was, considering we are talking plants and dirt. The manager of the department was helpful and very friendly. The cashier greeted me when I entered the store. The selection of plants was good.
