I was able to replace smoke alarm myself armed with Home Depot employee’s instruction.

I am frequently amazed at the variety and quality of items available at my local Home Depot in Carmichael. This time, I needed a mesh cover for some special potted plants to keep rodents from digging and destroying them. I found absolutely nothing to do the job through garden centers and suppliers. So I came to Home Depot and bought metal mesh trash cans instead. Inverted over the containered plants, they work nicely as a cage that is a good size for the plants in need. Since these are metal, I can drill holes in the bottom to allow a little more rain or sprinkler access than just the mesh sides. Works great and Home Depot had them in stock at a reasonable price!

I had amazing help in every dept I visited! From weed eaters, to fire alarms. So grateful being a new business owner was owner.

An assoxite help us bigtime! Cause we been waiting for quite sometime in the Door dept. I forgot his name. Hedoenst want us to go to their competitor store btw he is Wearing eyeglasses. He recommende us to his co worker. Her name is Priscilla! Very knowledgeable. Very accomodating! Not rushing us she lets us take our time. Explains and clarifies to us the product price nd cost of all the materials. She was abt to go on her break! But she staued back to help us get what we need! She is awesome! Thank you mam! Be going to Carmichael store for over 20 years. Usually good service, sometimes hard to find someone or someone with the knowledge needed. Most are really good.

I had Jackie come out and measure for some blinds. I never received the measurements came into the store to find out what was going on. Savanna from a different department (mill works I believe) spent the time to hunt down the measurements for me and helped me resize with what you had in store. She is wonderful to work with and made sure I was satisfied.10 stars for her.

This store is the only Home Depot store I’ll shop at!!! The Antelope Store have some rude employees and most don’t know what their doing.

I've been shopping at the Carmichael, CA store for over 20 years and I've never had a bad experience with the staff and I go there often.

I shop Home Depot all the time. This location is very convenient. Short on service sometimes BUT if it keeps prices down I'm okay with that.

I bought items I specifically went in for, and some discounted holiday lighting. Generally speaking this store is well run and easy to shop, the overwhelming amount of mini pallets of assorted holiday gift stuff is annoying it makes maneuvering around a pain,

This is my favorite place to go whenever I need any home improvement products for my home and rental. The store is always organized and I find whatever I need. The staff always greet and thank me.

We needed to get a replacement washer with similar functions and size of our old machine. Home Depot salesperson was very helpful and answered all of our questions, described the delivery process clearly along with how we could adjust it to fit our schedule.

Tracy at the return desk is atrocious. I’m not going to buy anything here. I may have to experience her disgusting attitude and I don’t spend my money there for that. /:

Would have been nice to be able to have my appliance delivery to store and not job site. I had to schedule someone to come for delivery that day. more manpower wasted time.

Margaret is fantastic in the refrigerator section!! She is so kind, patient, and knowledgeable about all the different brands of refrigerators. She listens to what the customer is interested in and quickly shows you all the options. Margaret has the best customer service!
