I probably will not visit this store again because it is not the one that is in my neighborhood. That is the reason why I said that I will probably not return here. I do visit the Elk Grove Village facility because it is about a mile from where I live.

They're close, have yet to be out of an item I've needed and if it weren't for the helpful staff in Plumbing, I'd still be taking cold showers!

Store had a wide selection of the item I was looking for and the checkout person was very friendly and knowledgeable.

the return counter was very fast and helpful and opened a new lane when it started backing up.

I needed to quickly go through the store and find some specific items - every time I asked an associate they pointed me to the right aisle and told me exactly where to find the product. At checkout I had to break a $100 bill and the lady in charge of the self-help area recognized that I needed to go so she pulled me out to a separate register and got me out of the store in short order. Thank you - I needed that.

It's easy to get to, and the prices are competitive. The employees are well informed about the products and its locations. If they don't know where a product is located, they will walk with you to find it or fing someone in that department.

Store clerk helped me with 5 minutes of entering the store. He proceeded to take me to the location and explain the products I was inquiring about.

Everything I needed was easy to find. Using the app helped even more.

The help of the associates were amazing. I walked by a cart of plants , that had just arrived and there wasn't a price yet , I saw an associate and asked if she might know the price , she looked and then offered to go find the person who could tell me ,now that's some one who cares about her work performance.The to hardware where scott new exactly what I described and where to find it . Cynthia at check out 2nd time for checking me out is such a bubbly person and helpful.

You have a backed up pipe or sewer talk to them. I had a professional plumber that couldn't fix my clogged sewer and said it would cost $1400 to clear. For under $100.00 I rented just the right tool, was shown how to use it safely, given a pair of work gloves for the job, had it loaded in my vehicle and was on my way. In less than an hour I had the sewer rodded all the way to the street main and was able to use my bathroom again. When I returned the auger they again helped me unload it. Great way to save some tall cash!!!

I prefer The Home Depot over any other home improvement/ hardware store. Managing HVAC business requires lots of parts and The Home Depot had them all and at a pretty good price. Love the quality of products and the people are pretty friendly too.
