First time in Home Depot ever, just moved to US 2 months ago. I was shopping for seeds for the garden with my 3 kids being veeery loud and all over the place, the employees looked just happy to see happy kids. In my home country I would definitely hear that I need to keep my children quiet. although most of the seed bags were missing the price, one of the employees helped. At the same time my husband was looking for some other things and had a great experience with an employee that started working for the store two weeks before (he was very pleased with the job and the staff). The man gave advice on other things in the store, not just what was asked, and also went to the warehouse to get something which wasn't on the shelf.

I moved from out of state 2 months ago so I have need several items for my new home. Every time I've gone into this home depot, everybody has been very helpful. Thanks to all the employees for all their help.

I've used this store for 10 years during my remodeling projects and purchasing of appliances. There is a definite difference in the number of staff available at any given time. Once you track down someone to help- usually as they're passing by, or walking up to Customer Service, you are able to have your needs met. The staff is very informative and patient. They also overlap each other in helping even if it's not their department. I believe this is one of their biggest strength.

I came to purchase 2 toilets-so off to the toilet aisle. Was waited on by an extremely friendly knowledgeable store employee. Which is true of all of the employees which I had contact with. The people make the difference.

I recently moved to North Phoenix and now frequent the Home Depot off of Cave Creek. I had a wonderful experience. I would recommend this store for plant purchases, since the associates were very helpful in my purchase.

Your guarantee on plants is feeble compared to Lowes who gives a one year guarantee. Yours is 90 days per your employees. That just isn't long enough.

From the floor associates, cashiers, service desk personnel,& right up to the manager Mike Starkes, I always am successful getting home related products, supplies, and services. Their advise on product selection, financing of large items, & organizing delivery/installation of appliance products as well as smaller supply items is always excellent & professional. WELL DONE HomeDepot!!

Had great Customer Service from the front desk making a large purchase. Did not even have to go to store to order. Customer Service Rep went above and beyond what she needed to do and made my purchase so easy and worry free.

On this visit to the store, I had several items to get, so it seemed that I was from one end of the store to the other! While walking through the store, every associate that I encountered asked me how I was and asked if I needed any assistance! It was almost overwhelming....mostly because nowadays, most stores you go to, the employees are clueless about customer service! This store has it down!

From the store manager through to the individual associates, I always appreciate the experience. I have purchased a variety of woods, adhesives, screws, nuts & bolts, adjustable clamps, various sandpapers, compressor parts, pool chlorine, muratic acid, dirt, bricks, cinder blocks, hard sheet insulation, a dishmachine, an amazing array of paints, stains, & polyurathine, irrigation pieces parts, faucet replacement cartridges, et. al & am always pleased with the products and their prices.

Sometimes we do have to look for an associate, but if you find Mike in hardware (wheelchair) or the little Latina gal who helped us today in the power tools, you will be very pleased. We have also made many, many purchases at this store as we remodeled two houses and were always glad there was a Home Depot handy.

We had a great experience. The gentleman on the floor was kind and knew the placement of merchandise on the floor. It was easy to find the items we needed to purchase. The check out cashier was very sweet and thoughtful. She asked us about the project we were working on and thanked us for coming to Home Depot. She also thanked me for my service to the U.S.A. The gentleman that helped us unload our merchandise was friendly and very helpful as well.

I always find what i"m looking for and if I can't, there is always someone waiting to help with a smile and a good word. The products are well priced and the store is always organized and clean. I love the many options for ordering and picking up. It's just a great place to shop.

The employees by the name of GLEN and SHARON are the best example of HAPPY EMPLOYEES. I love shopping at this store. They know the meaning of CUSTOMER SERVICE. I have only missed 1 weekend day going on Saturday and Sunday to this store for something in the past 3 years. I LOVE HOME DEPOT at CAVE CREEK... IT IS THE BEST STORE IN THE STATE. If management makes the employees happy then it comes across to the customer and this is a true example from GLEN and SHARON.
