Great store with a neighborhood feel. Been going there for decades and the employees are very friendly and the service is great. They always seem to have what I need.

We love this particular Home Depot Store! By far, THE BEST!! It is one of the slightly smaller format stores with a different layout than some, but it is by far our favorite. The employees here are absolutely the best, hands down! The employees here are friendly, knowledgeable, and literally go out of their way to ensure customer satisfaction. This is especially true with their home delivery team. We received an item via home delivery from the store that we realized (two days later) was not suitable for our purposes and called customer service at this store. After explaining the situation, the customer service person recommended the correct product for our application and we purchased it over the phone. (minor price difference - what we needed was a few dollars more - our fault for not selecting the correct item). Here's the best part: Home Depot #0480 sent a delivery person almost immediately (within the hour) to our house with the correct item (plywood sheets) and returned the incorrect items to the store at no additional charge to us! This is very rare, hard to find, just plain old fashioned, excellent service that was once the norm, but is now unfortunately rare. Great job folks!

This Home Depot has the best rounded group of employees. They know what they are selling if they dont they get a fellow employee that knows the answer. They are all nice, store has great organization and quicker lines than any other one. I go to lots of different Home Depots in the valley in serch of discounted paint for my home projects. I like this ONE best because they have the best customer service.

Laina was a very helpful associate an asset to Homedepot on Thunderbird and cave creek wish i had started going to shop there before but I will surely make up for it by going there instead of I 17 and Thunderbird. I will certainly recommend this store to all contractors I know...

I have had two recent , great experiences purchasing paint and associated products at this store. The paint staff is quick, friendly and efficient Had a great checkout experience with Zelene who made sure I got to use my discount coupon fully. Freindly store, great service.

Once again I was underwhelmed and disappointed by this store. Shannon in doors was great, but the rest of associates I interacted with could best be described as 50% "It's not my job"and 50% "I can't be bothered".

We love this Home Depot! We do not go to the one that is in our area, but prefer this location. It is clean, well stocked and has ample parking.

I received exceptional care in all areas that I was in. I live closer to the Thunderbird and I-17 store and know some of the people there, quite well.. They are great to me.. To go into a store and not know anyone and receive such great care, was very refreshing..I certainly left the store in a better mood. I was dreading the transaction of buying the flooring because I was using multiple cards and a check to pay for it. The young man that helped me was exceptional..I am so sorry I don't have his name in front of me.. Maybe Cody in the return, pickup area.. I really appreaciated all of his help. He definetly went out of his way to help me. Then I purchased something else and used regular check out.. Sharon helped me and was outstanding...

I try to only go to this store and the one at Tatum & Bell. I have found them to be the 2 best home depot locations when it comes to helpful & knowledgeable employees.

My experience with Sandy #24 in the paint department was truly outstanding. The lady knows how to mix the colors to get an almost exact match. I really appreciated her help.

They usually have what I'm looking for - I bring a list. In-store assistance is sparse, and I had to ask several times. Cashiers seem more knowledgeable than some of the on-floor help. Mike, a random HD employee who was in the parking lot going into the store (to start work) was their star! He stopped and helped me load an A/C and stuff that I purchased into my car without me having to ask for help.

Staff is friendly and helpful. The store is clean and stock is always kept up. We enjoy shopping at this Home Depot.
