Everyone in several departments was friendly, helpful, knowledgeable and on it! No waiting to find an associate. This store is better than most and one I have visited several times with the same excellent service.

Well stocked and well organized store with very available associates to help. Signage and "greeter" helpful in saving time to locate items wanted. Appreciate that many signs and descriptions are in Spanish as well as English. Associates give off pleasant "I like my job, and am proud to work here" vibe. Always leave this store feeling my problem/concern will be solved by my "correct purchase." One more thought: I sometimes encounter an associate who is in wheelchair. I feel proud to shop in a store that honors this form of diversity too.

The Phoenix Home Depot on Cave Creek Road is always clean and easy to navigate. Recently, it's many friendly employees were helpful assisting me to find what I was looking for and when placing an appliance order, my salesman was knowledgeable plus he was efficient at doing the computer work necessary.

EMPLOYEES AT THIS STORE HAVE ALWAYS BEEN GREAT TO US. FRED, OUR BASSET HOUND, LOVES TO COME TO THIS STORE BECAUSE THE EMPLOYEES AND CUSTOMERS ARE SO GOOD TO HIM. THE EMPLOYEES HAVE EVEN GIVEN FRED HIS OWN HOME DEPOT APRON TO WEAR. HE LOVES IT AND WALKS VERY PROUD WHEN WE ARE IN THE STORE.

Nikki checked us out in the contractor area. She was knowledgeable and resourceful, friendly and kind. From the first step into the store to the last step leaving, employees helpful attitudes and knowledge, product availability, and being present were a pleasure to behold.

I truly love going to Home Depot, especially when they have those awesome little car carts for moms with little ones. My daughter can be entertained while I shop in gardening or explore the store for my next home improvement ideas.

I shop at Home Depot for home repair and home rehab items three or four times a year. This particular store is my favorite. I even love the drive getting there! I've never had a bad experience, purchased a bad item or encountered an unfriendly employee. It's as if the managers go out of there way to make sure all employees are friendly and attentive. If this store closed, I'd be quite displeased! Thank you for keeping it well-stocked, with the quality customer service I've come to know and count on. Thank you!

Every time I go to this store, I am amazed at the friendliness and helpfulness of the staff at this store. The store is clean and pleasant to visit. Recently completed ordering supplies for a tub to shower conversion and they made it very easy and pleasant.

Clean the store,and outside the store,don't let leftover packaging on the floor and in the shopping carts,traffic routes should not be blocked,several store shelves out of stocks, empty boxes everywhere

I have been Home Depot customer since they first opened their doors on Cave Creek Road, in an empty Woolco store, and survived almost losing them, and survived while they built the new store, after protests from the neighborhood convinced the company that we needed to Keep this store open! I have never had a problem with service, and what few returns I have had were handled well and quickly. The service contractors they utilize are really great-in all of these years I have had only one problem! I have probably spent a small fortune in this store, but believe that every cent was well spent!

I am a DIYer building an off the grid cabin. Your aisle experts are very knowledgeable in electrical, plumbing, wood products, and flooring. In all these areas, I have tapped store reps for DIY help and put it to immediate use while building my cabin. Further, as a DIYer, its like I sometimes don't even know how to ask the right question about a specific thing I need to do and your reps help through my dilemma by paying attention and taking the time to help me get it right. To that end, I have passed every county inspection so far by using the information, and opinions, I have gleaned from store reps. And since I didn't have any experience with wiring or plumbing a house before I started this project, that is saying a lot. Its an ongoing project at this point but I will finish during the 2019 fall. I will be installing my LP furnace, adding a water and propane tank, building a deck, and deck railing this summer. Then I'm done and ready for my final inspection to get my certificate of occupancy.

i have almost always gotten good advice and service at this store. the garden center employees are so pleasant and helpful, as are those at the customer service desk.

Its a Huge location... I always get a plant while here ♡ Somtimes we have to come a few times a day. I come here more then the grocery store!! It was very clean and helpful employees left and right!
