They had exactly what I needed and saved me money, too! I always enjoy shopping at this store, because the people are so friendly and helpful and the store is always clean and neat. The employees seem to really like their job!

This Home Depot has staff that are consistently more knowledgeable than the other big box stores.

Very easy to find items. Helpful in many aisles. Saved money on purchases. Cashier very helpful, and even loaded items in my vehicle.

The best clean store and friendly service i ever experienced.

My friend and I were greeted immediately upon arrival and pleasantly so. We were easily able to find what we came to purchase and were approached as to whether we needed assistance or had any questions. There were many different products to choose from and the one I had researched on your website was also available just as was indicated on the site. Homelite was the product and string trimmer was our need. We also needed two different sizes of chain replacement for our saws and the brand we were interested in was also available to purchase. Our cashier was quick and courteous and asked would I like to have an email receipt and have notifications about future sales and promotions. Cody was very helpful and I signed up. The store was a pleasure and we have been back several times since. Thank you for hiring such caring people for your store.

I received excellent help in the garden center recently when I needed to purchase 30 pavers for an emergency handicapped walkway for my home. My husband would normally have gone to the store, loaded the pavers, wheeled them through checkout, and loaded them in our van. But he is hospitalized (the reason we needed the walkway ASAP) and I was on my own. Thank goodness for Ron, an employee at this Home Depot, who stepped in to load, wheel, and transfer these pavers to my van. You don't get that level of service at every big box store. You do here.

This store is very clean and tidy, I was able to easily find what I needed quickly. The employees are friendly and helpful. I have gone into this store location multiple times to have paint mixed and have never had to wait to get helped. I always have a very pleasant experience at this store.

This store is virtually across the street from our business and had a specific product that the other stores didn't have. The staff were easy to locate in the store, friendly and helpful, checkout was very quick.

I was at your store yesterday to get more stain for our deck. I was looking at the outdoor furniture while Stacie was mixing my stain. I found 2 pieces that I had been wanting for furniture. One was in a box, the other the floor model and not priced. Stacie, Anita and Kaden helped me find the price of the item in the box, and find the price of the unmarked chair on the floor. Since they couldn't find a price for the rocking chair they found it on line and quoted me that price. The chair in the box I was given a discount if I bought both items. I did buy both items and appreciated their help in getting the price, the discount and then loading them in my car. I was at this store 3 times yesterday to get stain twice, 1 of those when I bought the chairs and a 3rd time to get the chair that wouldn't fit into my car. I was back again today to get more stain. Stacie helped me every time I was at the store and was very friendly. In the paint department she was busy but courteous. Today she remembered me along with another customer service person that was there yesterday.

This is my favorite big box store. The staff is friendly and knowledgeable and it's very hard to walk through that store without someone saying hi and asking if you need help. The 11 years I've been going to this store, I can't recall a visit where someone hasn't tried to help me or ask me how I'm doing. The folks at the customer service desk work hard to resolve issues and have always helped me when I've had complaints or issues. Overall, I'm very satisfied with this store and Home Depot in general.

The people at this store recognize me and treat me like a friend more than a customer.

I have always found the employees cheerful and helpful. A rare combination these days. If the person I asked doesn't know the answer to a question they find someone who does. The military discount that applies to some items is also helpful to young families trying to get started on home maintanence.

This is my favorite hardware store! I get help and suggestions without having to chase associates. Everyone helps me get what I need even when I'm not sure what I need myself. They really go the extra mile to help cut, modify, and give advice about what I'm buying. If you want great customer service and a fantastic shopping experience, then this is your store!

Understand was a day when inventory arrived but items should be brought out onto the floor & put away as to how many employees are on the floor. Not cluttering the isles. Found everything I needed, did get some assistance, clean store but isles were cluttered & friendly associates.

We were in need of a new front door. We went to the three major building supply businesses in Cedar Rapids to look for a door. Home Depot had what we wanted and the staff there was extremely helpful in creating the door we had in mind. We did not have to search for someone to help us and the whole process was smooth. The staff knew their products and that made us feel we were getting exactly what we wanted.

Associates are of great help at your location. Nice work guys keep it up.
