This Home Depot store has a corner on the market for super friendliness. Every employee I encountered was friendly, helpful, courteous, and caring. This made for a visit worth bragging about.

There is always someone to assist customers who need it. The cashiers are always happy and make you feel like family. You never know what a person is going through, so the small conversations mean a lot.

This is a great store. We have done lots of business with with them since they opened. They are only about twenty minutes from home where the next nearest one is forty five minutes or more. They people are great and the store has always had what I have needed for my projects.

The store is usually well stocked with items and the associates are friendly and helpful. The reason for the 4 stars is the fact that it seems there is never any cashiers on hand. I visit this store often and the self check out has become the norm. I have never been a fan of this practice and not real crazy about working for free. If they offered a small discount on the items, it might be more desirable.

I spent a long time trying to match up some new door knobs and never could. Associate was very helpful, but discovered that H.D. doesn't carry the antique brass door lock asy. I was looking for. Finally had to get a set that didn't match.

The Cedartown Home depot is consistently more friendly and helpful than the other Home Depot stores that I go to.

I think this store is the best Home Depot ever when it comes to customer service and the items they carry. I just wish they has a tool rental department.

This Home Depot provides exceptional customer service with plenty of friendly faces to help you find exactly what you need. They always have a great selection of products that are always in stock. The store is always clean and neat with products exactly in the bay as described online. I highly recommend this store and their staff.

Numerous employees standing around, only one register open. Of course there was a line there. All self check outouts closed! Pitiful. Needs management!

Karlie checked us out and was great and Lavitta helped me find what I needed. They are awesome.

Lavitta and Karlie are very friendly and knowledgeable cashiers and should get a promotion.

Of all the Home Depot stores I have used, this store is head and shoulders above all the rest. It is staffed with very high quality employees who do everything in their power to assist and make sure you get what you come after with minimum effort.

I had a buggy full of items and a 2-year old in the cart seat. I noticed that the mobile toolbox that I had been wanting to purchase was on sale. The store employee saw my dilemma, came over, and helped me push the toolbox to the register. He then watched over my purchased items while I went to get the truck. Great service!

Great store, friendly staff and have the products I need.

The employees are friendly and courteous. Other Home Depot stores I have visited do not offer this special customer service probably due to lack of training. Kudos to the Cedartown Home Depot #6942.

The store employees are always so helpful and creative. They are always full of ideas to help out with any project I am working on. I am especially impressed by the knowledge level that the employees have in each department. Always a pleasure to shop in this store!

During this weekend visit to the store, I decided to purchase alt of spare items needed for my new business. I had a cart full of misc plumbing and tools. I was asked if I needed help in the plumbing department which I did not need which was great that I was asked. One individual was headed to the back of the store and noticed me looking at a nail gun. He stopped and made a point to see if I needed help with the finish nail gun. He was honest and told me that gun I had was discontinued. He showed me the other type of guns and had a great knowledge of the tools. Gauge a nails, angle or straight gun verses nails. This was helpful for me in buying the correct nail gun for an upcoming project. The gals at the register seen my cart full of items and the gal at the register next to me came over to help her bag my items until a customer came to her register. Great personalities and
