This is the best Home Depot store I have ever visited. The people make their business. Everyone is friendly, helpful and very courteous. The only con is, like most other stores, they do not have enough associates. Other than that, I have no negative words for the Cedartown, Georgia Home Depot store.

I visit this store often and the Associates are also very pleasant and polite. They are always willing to go out of their way to help you. Cashiers are so kind if and when I have issues at the Do It Yourself check outs. Thanks for making the customers visit pleasant.

Of all the Home Depots I have shopped, this is without a doubt the most friendly and helpful one of them all. Everything is always in stock or they can have it to you seems like within a day or 2. My favorite store!!!

Got to this store as it was opening. The people were friendly and very helpful . i was asked right when i came in the door if i needed any help finding anything. Just a good experience that early in the moring

Guys standing around talking and not doing much at all. Ask about returning a vice I purchased after it broke in a few days. And the associate in tools argued with me that they never sold that brand of vice. Btw. I have the receipt to prove it. Irwin vice. Bought from there. So...

The store associates come across as helpful, well meaning and more concerned with helping you than selling, cleaning or other task I'm sure they are responsible for. I know all stores have to, but when it's done right, like they did, you don't even notice or mind it. They really do seem to be there to help. It is a mutually beneficial relationship this way. Thank all of your associates for me, especially the nice lady in the patio area that helped me a lot and went out of her way, as well the entire night staff did as I went home and came back and bought less than 30 minutes before close, and it wad the same treatment I received hours before measuring out for a patio set friday the 26th of June 2015 .

With the help of associate Dennis Fetkenhour I was in and out of the store a lot faster than I thought. He pushed the cart and loaded each piece and stayed with me at check out, then loaded onto pickup. It was a really good experience. I usually get help there when I ask for it, but Dennis was right there ready to assist when I pulled up.

THE STORE IS WONDERFUL. THE SALES ASSOCIATES ARE EXELLENT TO HELP YOU AND GO OUT OF THERE WAY TO BE HELPFUL AND MAKE SURE YOU HAVE EVERYTHING YOU NEED TO GET YOUR PROJECT DONE. CEDARTOWN IS THE BEST HOME DEPOT!!!! THE MINUTE YOU ENTER THE STORE YOU ARE GREETED AND IF YOU NEED HELP TAKE YOU TO SOMEONE WHO CAN. I LOVE SHOPPING AT THIS LOCAL HOME DEPOT. FRIENDLY, HELPFUL AND EASY TO GET AROUND. THE STORE IS ALWAYS CLEAN AND IN ORDER. THANKS FOR BEING HERE.

Associates Jose and Sheila went out of their way to help me. I shop at lots of home improvement stores, but the Cedartown Home Depot has consistently been the most courteous, friendly and helpful of all the stores that I use. I wish that the Rome Home Depot would learn from the Cedartown store how to treat customers.

THE DOOR GREETER IS ALWAYS FRIENDLY AND HELPFUL. ASSOCIATES ARE VERY HELPFUL AND KNOW THEIR PRODUCTS WELL.

Not my favorite Home Depot. The pro desk is always crowded with people checking out which makes it time consuming and difficult for contractors to pick up their orders.

I went in thinking english ivy was the best plant for my needs but the two associates in the garden section showed me a plant called bugle weed that met all my needs and didnt have any of the down sides of ivy. They were so helpful, they showed me how to help the plant thrive and how to help it spread and gave me tips on every aspect of caring for the plants. I am really grateful for all their help and all the information that they provided. and an added bonus was that their suggestion didnt cost me any more money than if i went the other route.

The employees and managers at this location go above and beyond to help whenever I ask for guidance or assistance.

Had what I wanted and was easy to get to. Everyone was nice.

Everything was easy to find. Store associates very eager to help. I am pleased with the prices in this store. Cashiers always friendly and they always have something nice to say like " Have a nice day ". I buy all of my major appliances from Home Depot because the products are reliable and prices beat all other retailers in the area.

I needed something to spray my fruit tree with. I was told that neem oil was what I should get. I went to the Home Depot, an associate asked if he could help me, told him what I was looking for and he took me to the item right away. I then went straight to check out and was in and out of store in less than 10 minutes including parking car. This was great for me as I had a full schedule that day and didn't have to spend a lot of time combing the aisles for the item.

When I came into the store, I needed to find a way to make 2 large bird feeder supports. I had no idea how to make these because the bird feeders are so big. Shiela took over and got everything I needed, even cut the posts for me. She was very efficient and friendly. I love going to Home Depot, just to look around and see what they have new and get some ideas.

We moved to Cedartown five years ago from Decatur GA. At the Cedartown store we have found the associates to be not only knowledgeable but very personable. We built our home ourselves and purchased the majority of our building supplies from this location. During that time the associates became very familiar with us and always seemed enthusiastic when helping us. If we needed direction on how to complete a task they were there. Two years have passed but we continue to utilize this location and the associates maintain that enthusiasm. We love the staff!!

All the employees in this store were very friendly. I was asked by no less than four employees if I needed any help. The checkout cashier was friendly ( her name was Cindy ). she wished me a happy day and ask me to come back. All the employees in this store are ready to help you locate what you need. All in All, shopping at Home Depot is lots of fun. Thank you.

The store in Cedartown has the nicest workers then all the others. I have been in a few of them. Also they know a lot about where everything is at in the store even if its not there department
