This is a well oiled machine.. I love shopping with these family feeling team of people. The small stores are gone. Nevertheless this BUNCH OF FOLKS is still keeping that SMALL TOWN FEEL.

I wanted to commend the customer service at Store#4614 Virginia Beach. I had a great experience with getting duplicate store key copies and also applying for The Home Depot credit card. The clerks were very attentive and had a positive attitude. I will shop here again and thank you for serving our community!

Just recently moved to Portsmouth Virginia and this Home Depot off of Old Taylor Road met my expectations. I will definitely be a customer trying to get my new home the way I want it to be great place to go.

Store was extremely clean and organized. Only downfall is as you are trying to shop you are constantly asked to apply for a home depot credit card by associates. Makes the visit uncomfortable. The interest rate on the credit card is too high that is why so many decline the offer. Really wish they would stop asking you every time you are shopping or checking out. Most people just wanna get what they need and get out.

Best store in Virginia. Angela at pro services is always on top of her game. Gets customers in and out. Mike in plumbing always has the right answer to all my plumbing questions. Knows where all the parts I cant find are at. Carl is always there to say hi. Ask me if I need help. Best employees you have,.

Your staff is very knowledgeable with store merchandise and exactly where it is located.

I always recommend to my friends this particular store over all others. There has never been a time that I shopped there that an employee didn't offered to help or it was easy to find one to help. On a couple of occasions, employees walked me to my car and loaded my merchandise for me. All I can say is that whoever does the hiring is doing an awesome job. Employees at Celebration Station appear to love their jobs.

Employees needs more customer service trainging. Stop standing around in groups while customer are wondering around that sends a sign to thieves

This store has knowledgeable long time employees and it pays off for the customer! I actually drive miles out of my way to go to this store because of the employees, even though I live closer to another large home improvement store.

I'm the wife of a senior citizen , hes as old as Moses and I'm as old as Sapporo ., we are both disabled me more then my husband, so whenever we need anything it has to be by my husband Tracy. We have always in the past before being incapacitated going to Home Depot and picking up anything we needed. When we moved from Michigan to Virginia Beach one of our first stops was Home Depot, we bought all our supplies to re model the inside of our home here., which was paint, plaster , wall paper new floors linoleum, toilets, mirrors , sinks , you name it we bought it and have been highly satisfied with everything we bought.So even if its little or much ,we highly recommend Home Depot. We are just two old Seniors that know a good thing when we see it.

Your home pro services at this store is the best out of the 3 I go to. All the cashiers there are always nice helpful and knowledgeable. Sheri, Angela and Dave are always there to help. I am in and out in no more the 15 min. That is not what it is like at the military hywy or lynnhaven store. I dont use there pro services because no one is there or they are always on the phone. Mike , Carl and I dont know her name. But she is blond and about 45 yrs of age. She works in lighting. They always have the solution to my problems. or where the product in the store that I need is.

The cashiers at this store were lovely and personable. Being both my first interaction in the store, and my last, they were all friendly and efficient. Sometimes a great cashier makes all the difference!:)
