The ladies in gardening were very helpful and friendly. I will try to do my shopping g at 8:15as my experience was better than when I am later in the day.

Need more associates in gardening. I did not receive any help. When I returned two days later I received help, and learned they had people out, which explained why I did not her help on previous visit.

The associates were extremely helpful when it came to financing questions. The gentleman that helped load the flooring probably thinks I'm crazy, but he didn't show that it bothered him one way or the other.

THE STORE THAT IS IN QUESTION IS THE CHALMTTE, NEW ORLEANS, LOUISIANA WHERE I VISIT FOR ONE MONTH. MY NAME IS CAROLY JASMINE AND MY SISTER’S NAME IS CLARICE MURRAY. MY SISTER CLARICE LIVES IN SOUTHERN CALIFORNIA AND SHE WAS ON A BUISNESS TRIP IN NEW ORLEANS FOR A MONTH. HOWEVER, WE HAVE PROPERTY IN NEW ORLEANS ON FRANCE STREET IN NEW ORLEANS NEARS THE CHALMTTE HOMEDEPOT STORE. MY SISTER VISITED THE STORE EVERY DAY AND SOMETIMES THREE TIMES A DAY. SHE STATED THAT SHE HAD THE BEST EXPERIENCES IN THE CHALMETTE HOMEDEPOT STORE WITH THE ASSOCIATE NAMED TRON WHO WORKS IN THE PAINT DEPARTMENT. THEN ANY OF THE HOMEDEPOTS SHE HAVE EVER EXPERIENCED FOR OVER 20 YEARS. THE ASSOCIATES, SUPERVISORS IN EACH DEPARTMENT WAS OUTSTANDING IN BEING COURTESY, HELPFUL AND MADE SURE MY SHOPPING NEEDS WAS MET. FURTHERMORE, THE SALES ASSOCIATES THAT SHOWED Exemplary support was Tron who worked in the paint department. SHE MADE ME FEEL AS THOUGH MY NEEDS WAS IMPORTANT THROUGH PURCHASHING THE PRODUCTS I NEEDED FOR MY HOME PROJECT. I TIP MY HAT OFF TO HER FOR HER SUPPORT PATIENT WHILE ENSURING I HAD ALL THE MATERIALS I NEEDED FOR MY HOME PROJECT.
