I made a return before 7 AM, and was met by a very friendly, positive attitude, efficient associate Sonia. She was wonderful and made the transaction quick and easy. I will definitely shop there again in part because of this associate!

All associates were friendly and helpful, they answered all my questions, offered to look up the item I couldn't find, and the cashiers were really friendly which made for an easy and enjoyable experience.

the associate in lumber would not help me by ordering a cover for the kennel I was purchasing. He told me to do it myself it would be better. Then why is he working there if he is not willing to do what the customer needs help with. If I tell anyone to shop there I will tell them to stay away from lumber! I cannot mention his name here but all my friends will know it. How will he be disciplined if the manager doesn't know who he is. I know he won't admit to it. I guess it's best I just stay away from there!

I bought wood look ceramic tile. They had a good selection and prices were very reasonable. The customer service at Home Depot is second to none. Great buying experience.

EVERY EMPLOYEE I MADE CONTACT WITH MADE ME FEEL WELCOME AND WANTED TO HELP ME. THE PAINT DEPARTMENT EMPLOYEES WERE EXCEPTIONALLY KNOWLEDGEABLE ABOUT THEIR PAINT PRODUCTS AND I HAD NO WAIT TIME. VERY CLEAN STORE , INCLUDING THE RESTROOM. ONE OF THE BEST PLACES TO SHOP IN THE CHARLESTON AREA!

A kitchen faucet was leaking. I removed the end and took it to the store with me. The associate not only showed me what I needed, he replaced the aerator. The washer that came with it was too large, so he replaced it with another from the shelf. He went out of his way to be helpful. Additionally, checkout was so easy and the associate there was very friendly.

Great customer service. Had many offers to help us find what we were looking for. The two associates in electrical were very helpful with a question regarding repairing a ceiling fan switch.

My wife and I went out to Home Depot today to purchase a refrigerator. The folks there were nice ,polite and helped us get our mission accomplished without wasting a lot of time. We were extremely happy that we were able to get the entire transaction completed in about 10 - 15 minutes! Thank you Home Depot.

My main purpose for shopping at this particular Home Depot store was to replace a 20 year old Craftsman lawn mower. With the help of a kind, knowledgable associate, I was able to select, purchase and leave the store within 15 minutes. Used the new lawn mower right after getting home and setting it up and couldn't be happier. Thank you Home Depot - Charleston, WV staff !!

I started out my day at Lowes. After getting frustrated because no one was around to help me, I went to HomeDepot. I didn't have to look for help, because instead I was approached by George Cox to see if I needed help. What a nice change! I was assisted not only in the dept I was originally looking (outlets/receptacles), but then George looked at my to-do list & helped me find everything I needed, including in other departments. When he had a question in lighting, he called Fred Perry who came to help too. Both George & Fred were not only super helpful, but also super friendly. I will now only shop at HomeDepot...never stepping a foot into Lowes again.

When an item I need isn't on the shelf, I never have trouble getting an associate to get it from the shelf above. Someone is always glad to help me!

The store itself was great with great associates. I came to Home Depot because it was cheaper than lowes. However the delivery dates they give you are not correct. They are apparently using a delivery company that cannot handle the volume but will not use anyone else. After contacting the store several times about the issue I got a voicemail from a manager that said there was nothing they could do, my purchase would be delivered two days beyond what we agreed on or I could come back for a refund!! From now on I'll stick with lowes !!

This Home Depot has very helpful and courteous staff. It's clean and well maintained and has a great selection of products. When I visit this store I'm always asked by one of the many knowledgeable associates if I need help finding anything. Other home improvement in the area in my opinion lack very much in customer service. I highly recommend this store!

The store was easy to maneuver my electric wheelchair through the aisle. The associates always were there when I needed information about an item. Great store to shop in when you cannot reach any item that is out of reach because an associate was always there to help you. Great job Home Depot.

We found things we were looking for and the price was better than Lowes for what we purchased.
