I was very impressed with how everything was so neat and clean and well organized. The salesperson that waited on us was very helpful. Answered all our questions concerning our purchase. I believe she went above and beyond what was required to make sure we were satisfied with our purchase. We will be visiting this store again for our future home improvement needs. (It was worth the drive from Logan)

Plenty of knowledgeable friendly staff actually willing to provide SERVICE. What a very pleasant difference from another national brand store where employees are in very short supply.

I went looking for flooring, but had no clue about what to get. Josh in flooring was very knowledgeable and helped me with everything! He stayed right with me to answer any questions I had. He even let me know about sales in other depts and stayed after he was off to cut blinds for me too!

The store was clean and items was easy to find. The associates were very friendly and offered their assistance with a smile and no pressure to purchase anything.

Very friendly employees. Always helpful and each one knows the business at H.D. One can always find an employee in the store and they are willing to help. Others, not Home Depot, are rude and act as if it is a chore for them to talk to you much less try to help you find a product.

I usually take my two dogs with me to the store, and the associates have been very friendly and interested in them. When one dog recently had to have back surgery and I told the associates, they were very concerned and said they could make my little pup a wheelchair! They asked for measurements and worked hard to fulfill their promise. They went beyond what I'd expect from any store employee. They kept in touch with me to see how he was doing, and shortly they had the chair finished. It was a wonderful gesture. They even painted it Home Depot orange! The associates were Opal, Becky and Darrell. I am so grateful to them. They are special people.

Clean store friendly employees.

The Employees in this location are top notch, knowledgeable, and friendly. I needed help finding a very particular bolt. Not only did they find it for me but I needed more than they had in stock. They asked me would they like me to order the bolt for them and have it delivered free of charge to my address. Or If I would like I could order it online and showed me exactly what I would need to order it online. This Location Is great the store Is clean and organized.

Store employees are always helpful. Debbie F saved me a lot of time, she told me exactly where item I needed was located.. :)

Great shopping experience at The Home Depot. Found the landscape stone we were looking for and had the most pleasant cashier named Deb M. We will definitely make another trip there!

Very happy my husband and I shopped at this location today. The employees were so kind to help us during our trip. I have to say that was the most pleasant check out I have ever experienced. Our cashier Mohammed was super nice and really loved his job!

Usually I can find the item I need online and most often It shows the item available at the store. When you pass an employee in the store they will ask if you need help finding anything. I have not encountered any rude employees.

The store is very neat and clean. Employees were friendly and very helpful. Didn't have to "hunt down" someone like in a competitor's store. An employee came up to my wife and me and offered help. She also clearly explained the differences between similar products. She told us about products we didn't know existed. And she kept our budget needs in mind when making recommendations. Had no idea that shopping at the store would be that pleasant.

Garden center employees are always very helpful. I tend not to shop in the main store , so I can't say much about that end of the business.

I checked several stores for a refrigerator and some had to order six weeks out, some charged for delivery and it was four days out before I would receive the product. Home Depot had the item in stock at the warehouse and can deliver in three days. Karen was very friendly and helpful on completing the order. I would definitely go back for other items. We are in the middle of a home renovation.

Great store. Employees are very eager to help and not hard to find. Store is very well organized, very clean and always well stocked. I live closer to a Lowes store but will drive past it to go to this store. Lowes is usually out of what I need, you can hardly ever find anyone for assistance and the restrooms and overall store are often times relatively dirty.

i thought the store was especially clean, and the employees at all Home Depots are always friendly and outgoing. i went to the restroom. i was impressed by how clean and tidy it was. and it didnt smell like a restroom. nice job.

Great variety and great service ,I always shop at this store first. I have made several large and many small purchases and have no complaints. I have been very satisfied with the friendly and helpful service I have always received.
