This is a very busy location, but every section is always neat, clean, and thoroughly labeled. It's also always very easy to find a respectful, kind employee when I need help finding a product or need a recommendation among many brands.

Very friendly employees!

Clean store, very pleasant rapport with home depot associates. Any questions I asked, associates were very knowledgeable and courteous.

There are five associates in this whole store that would be willing to help you a lady in Garden dept one tall guy in Ele one over work guy in plumbing a young guy that help you put supplies in the car but I must say the paint dept is the best and everyone else could care less if you find what you need or not and please don’t ever want to get something cut that ain’t gonna happen the machine is always broke until tomorrow

Only issue I had was with Betty at self check out , she sent me to a register when I was next in line at self check out causing my wait to be longer than it had to be. However , the cashier with the cool hats rang me up and was very pleasant as always.

I love the Home Depot on Washington Lane in Cheltenham PA , LOVE, LOVE ,LOVE IT !!! They always have whatever I'm looking for.

I love shopping for tools and your store generally have what I’m looking for, the prices are very reasonable compared to other retail stores dealing with products like what you offer, I feel like a kid when I’m in the tool section, I actually took a friend there last night to get somethings and what I showed him, he had to get one for himself. You’re Elgar better then your competitors Lowe’s . Keeping doing what you are and I’ll. Keep spending my hard earned money.

your proucts were available the store was clean the customer service was informative and curtious the store was very helpful to our needs.

I Always get the assistance I need for home projects. Associates are usually very knowledgeable, or will direct you to someone else who can help.

My last visit was a worthwhile one, the staff was knowledgeable and he loved his job. I will definitely go back to him for assistance any day.

The staff at this store is always lazy and rude. Cashier asked how much is the item I'm buying and length. Items that are in stock for base boards are damaged. This was an emergency stop. I rather and do travel miles to other stores vs going to this store that is closer to my home. The hiring process needs to be like at other stores or making sure employees are pleasant and want to work. Have a good work ethic.

Our cashier , Jennita, was very pleasant and helpful.

Many employees not wearing masks although store policy is everyone to wear masks. Complete disregard for the health of their customers and each other

Placed an online order. Worst experience. The shipment delivery date was delayed several times. I thought the nightmare was over when the order was finally delivered. Found out the item was to large and had to be returned. Bad experience got worse when dealing with customer service desk. Enough is enough. I will be spending my $$$ elsewhere....

Went to this location to purchase a $400 tool. The tool area had zero staff, and it took 25 minutes before we could find an associate from another departments who was willing to unlock the cabinet. Shop somewhere else.

Customer service is not a pleasure to greet. I firmly believe that HOME DEPOT should revisit how your employees are trained and how they are to interact with the public.

Employees and customer service personnel are very friendly and willing to help.

The store was chaotic, appeared to be mismanaged, and in need of some serious organization and management. There were so many employees walking around and passing me by, who didn’t appear to be responsible for anything, and didn’t appear to care whether they could help me or not. I honestly approached four separate employees to assist me with mini-blinds who expressed to me “this is not my aisle” one attempted to call for assistance. However no one ever showed up and this was 2:00 o’clock in the afternoon on a Monday. I lost over two hours of work trying to get some service in that store. I asked and individual to contact a manager for me and he told me “he didn’t know where the manager was at!” So many empty disorganized shelves with plenty of stock up top in boxes. Unable to find anyone with a ladder to get the stock from the top shelf. Was told I wasn’t allowed to climb the latter myself to get what I needed. Was told to wait for assistance that never showed up. What a shame!!!!
