Excellent Crew, Good prices, Knowledgeable Help everywhere you turn!!!

The 3 different ladies who have assisted us on 3 occasions in the appliance section have been very friendly, efficient, and helpful. They make buying large home appliances much more enjoyable!

Cheyenne Home Depot is the best. Always clean, the employees in every department always go out of their way to help you find what you need, solve a problem of how to. I love this store.

Definitely recommend. Employees are just great to be around.

I often will check the stores's app prior to my visit to #6002 to ensure the item I need is in stock. Nothing is more frustrating than showing up only to find an item is not stocked on the shelf in the isle/bay location the store app says it would be, especially when the app indicates there are dozens of them.

The people make this an outstanding store. I truly appreciate having access to a staff who are knowledgeable and friendly.

I went in because my house key broke and decided to see if I could get a key for my vehicle also had to wait a very long time for somebody to come and make the key. When I got the keys done I went to go to check to see if the Jeep key would work and it did not it also got stuck in the ignition. went back inside to ask for help and my store manager came over without a haste came out to my vehicle realize that it was my fault and got the key extracted even though it does not work he offered a refund for Mikey even though it's my fault that the key didn't work. Has a chip in it and neither one of us knew.

I've received really good home project advice from this store in the past, especially in the electrical department. I don't live in Cheyenne but I like shopping here when I'm in town. I shop at the other two big box store too, but I really like giving Home Depot my buisness. The staff is usually friendly and helpful.

You must have a great deal of patience and time when special ordering any building materials form this Home Depot. It has been our experience to be given differing accounts of the status of our orders. On several occasions, we have been told that our order is not yet in, however, it was later discovered to that the order had arrived several days before. This has set us back a number of days on several projects.

We ordered kitchen cabinets and all new appliances from this store. Nothing arrived on the day it was supposed to be delivered and most of it arrived damaged when it finally did show up. Throughout all of this the store has been a total nightmare to communicate and deal with. If you need to call, plan to get transferred at least 6 times and be sure to set aside an hour of your day just to get someone on the phone who can’t answer your questions(like where is my appliance delivery that should have been here a week ago?? Or how can I get these scratched cabinet doors replaced??). Literally the worst service possible.

This store needs to have more people on the floor. Less people behind check out counters that do nothing. More self check out. 1-2 people to take back returns. Try to keep the same folks instead of new folks that are brought from other states or ??? HIRE LOCALS we do good work.

I don't think you would like my opinion at this time. Shopping at Home Depot this year has not been a good experience for me. I do appreciate it when I see Betsy. She is a familiar face and is always good to point me where I need to go. There has been a few elderly employees-male and female that have really tried to help me. One even let me use his phone so I could check what part I needed. However, there has been more times than I care to say where there has been no one to help me, or employees that obviously do not know the store or their department!

The prices are competitive to other hardware stores, however, they need more people on the floor to answer customer questions and help.

I really enjoy shopping at the Cheyenne Home Depot. The employees are knowledgeable and friendly, and the merchandise is easy to find. The store is always clean and well stocked even on a Saturday afternoon. And if I need assistance, it comes with a smile and a great attitude. Thank you for making my shopping experience so wonderful again and again.

I love Home Depot. It was my preferred store when I lived in Colorado and still is now that I live in WY. I like the layout and the way items are displayed. The layout makes sense.

The employees at this location lack the training and knowledge on how to treat customers. That is if you can find any employees around. I have found if you need help just start climbing the shelves they seem to come pretty fast and ask if you need assistance. No joke. Get it together and send someone to property train this store. Go to the other competitor and try not to get asked if you need any assistance, it’s impossible if this Home Depot had the same customer service it would be a total better experience every time.

Always have good service at this store - the flowers are very nice and affordable - keep up the good work!

Tonight, May 27th, the store was cluttered with Memorial Day bulk displays in the isle running across the center of the store (half way from the back to the front) to the point it was difficult to navigate around them, (i.e the black and yellow storage bins). I found that to be very irritating since I had to wait for other customers to walk by them in order to pass thru. Those sale Items should have only been stacked in the sales space next to self checkout or by customer service, not impeding customer traffic!

It is always a pleasant experience to visit this store because everything that I need is readily available.

Had a great day on mothers day picking out flowers to plant & have fun on the next sunny day here in Cheyenne. Even as the storm clouds rolled in while we were leaving it never diminished the big happy smile on my face with my new pretties.

Cheyenne has several big box hardware/lumber stores. This store has, by far, the best staff. My business lives from customer satisfaction. Most of my customers fall into one of three groups: Older women, members of the LGBT community and landlords/property managers who need me to fix something right now. The store takes women seriously, treats gay people well and the competent staff help me find solutions for my desperate landlords quickly. Many of them are serving our country, have rented out their homes to pay the mortgage while deployed overseas. They can't afford for me to make mistakes. Having professionals to talk to at this store makes a real difference. It may seem trivial, but the fact that the store has greeters and associates with physical challenges out front and interacting with customers plays a big role in my decision to buy there. A company which treats their staff well will treat me well, too.

Need to have more red tin roofing readly available. I came in looking for 10 peaces 8 foot long with the trim to go with it. all you had was brown and green.

The store is clean and well stocked. This store has the best selection of spring plants I have seen to date. Also, the professional people at Home Depot impressed me. They appeared to be well-schooled in courtesy and helpfulness. I needed to order custom windows for my home and the associate that helped me, Ron, was friendly, knowledgeable and patient!
