I was very pleased that the cashier caught that I didnt have the right item. It saved alot of time of having the right item in not having to come back to return it and holding up my work.

This is a great store. I like the attention one gets as you walk in. Everyone seems poised to help. The number of times I have visited this store has always given me some extraordinary shopping experiences. The associates are conversant with what is in the store and although we lay persons sometimes do not know the names of what we are looking for, they listen to the descriptions of what we want or look at our photos and they provide what we need. If I had my store somewhere, I would go on a recruiting tour in this store and campaign/solicit for them to become my employees. Thanks, Home Depot Chicopee employees. Keep up the good work.

Best customer service experience this weekend! Each associate was friendly and helpful. Dave in lighting went above and beyond to find the lights I was looking for. Brandon and Mark helped us with multiple items and even helped load our truck. Maria made sure everything was safe in one spot while we continued our shopping and even answered a few paint questions! The experience was so positive that I sought out a manager just to say "thank you"! Day was appreciative that we sought her out and wanted to share our comments with her team. Well done Chicopee team!

Store was excellent and had everything we needed from wall to wall rug to curtain rods. Salesperson Barbara in the Flooring dept. was so helpful and professional. If you need anything at Home Depot in Chicopee we highly recommend going there.

Home Depot of Chicopee really very organized, clean store. The workers are so friendly, respectful, and give a lot of assistant and helped me when I did my all purchases.

Feels like home

Just a nice place to shop for things I need. Louis in your window department saved my family a lot of money with the right selection of windows and why. He was very patient explaining things about quality over inexpensive windows. We purchased Anderson R+ rated windows, for every window in our home. On his advice we bought new construction windows, and we're gland we did. Also, we had problems with a Rheem tank less hot water heater and tried to resolve our problems with Rheem service department but got no where. The store manager at Chicopee stepped in and resolved our problems without any hassles. We purchased our siding, windows, front door and back doors (Louis again help here a lot), our new roof, our Englander Add-on Wood burning furnace, Chimney King chimney liner, multiply skids of cinder blocks, bricks and mortar, my wife's completely redesigned kitchen with oak cabinets and countertop, new sink, dishwasher, two laundry washing machines and two dryers, all our solar lighting, drywall for a complete rebuilding of my sister-in-law's kitchen and all the oak millwork and countless tools and other supplies. Your Chicopee store is very well stocked and helpful.

shopping on black Friday weekend is always a challenge, however on Saturday, November 25th the store was well stocked and the customer service was very pleasant and helpful in departments that I needed assistance with. Lighting and keys.
