The distance between the Beaver Falls store and the Cranberry twp. store are pretty close from my house. The Beaver Falls store employees are more friendly and willing to help with questions or even guiding you to a department. I'm a customer and not just a person going through the store. Makes my experience better. I give them a (5 thumbs up)

OVER MEMORIAL DAY WEEKEND I SPENT ABOUT $2500 THE ENTIRE TEAM WAS HELPFUL AND SUPPORTIVE WHICH IN THE RETAIL ENVIRONMENT IS A RARE FIND . DEBBIE HUFFMAN WAS COOL CALM AND COLLECTIVE AT THE CUSTOMER SERVICE DESK EVEN THOUGH IT WAS EXTREMELY BUSY THANK YOU ALL FOR AN ENJOYABLE SHOPPING EXPERIENCE

I easily found the promo items I was looking for and I rec'd the help and recommendations of the employee to help me make my final selection and purchases.

This home depot is not a good as the Robinson Township store or as accommodating.

In 18 months I have had a kitchen reface and purchase a washer, dryer, dishwasher, range, and refrigerator. One of those purchases required help from customer service, and i can only describe it as exceptional. All of my experiences have been great.

I've been to the Chippewa Home Depot several times in the last few weeks, buying everything from mulch to a washer. Staff has always been very helpful.

My friend and I were at the Chippewa store to return and get a new propane tank. Natalie was so nice when she waited on us and she was nice enough to carry the new propane tank to our car and carry the old one back to the store for us. My friend and I both have bad backs and it was a huge help to both of us

The employees I interacted with were polite and helpful. They explained things to me that I didn't understand and made my trip very enjoyable.

I have shopped here for years but noticed a huge change over the past several months. The associates are friendly, very eager to help and they go over and above what I would expect. I do not know whether it is management or not but please keep up the good work!!!

The employees helped me find painting products and there were many beautiful flowering plants to buy this Easter season.

This afternoon I went to this store in search of an item to tie drapery cords up so they wouldn't hand down and pets could get entangled in them. I was directed to Carol in flooring and she informed me it was a "rope/drape cleat". After we looked in her department she escorted me to a different area where we found Debbie and after Carol told her what we were seeking Debbie immediately took us to the product location. Without these employees perseverance I would have gone home without what I needed. They were GREAT!!

The Home Depot in Chippewa is great went to the one in cranberry could get no one to help us the man told us he would be right back to help us and that was the last time we saw him at Chippewa we were taken care of immediately

most workers were great helped a lot a couple had asiles blocked and would not move so I could get through with my cart .have had a few problems with home depot in the last year possibly time to look around to find outher places to shop
