Have always found every product I've ever needed at Home Depot! They carry an amazing selection of products, in every department I've shopped. If Home Depot doesn't carry it, you don't need it!

The associate in Plumping was a great help. I was shopping for some PVC for a project and she not only helped get what I needed, she called the competitor across the road to see if they had what I needed. After finding everything, she gave me an expedited check out card so that I didn't have to scan all my pieces at the register. In and out and back to my project. If you need help, The Home Depot is the place to go!

Associate at the store (don't remember his name but he was from Boston) was extremely helpful not only in finding what I needed but also brainstormed with me what may or may not work for the project I am working on.

I spent over $4600 on tools and materials for my new house today, and the Home Depot in Christiansburg, VA made it a pleasurable experience. The sales associates were very helpful, and I used the bid room service to save hundreds on my total bill, which really helped a lot! Great store with great employees.

Store was uncluttered and easy to get around in. Store associate was very helpful finding items that were on promo and displayed elsewhere in the store from where they would normally be found.

Justin Joseph was very helpful in verifying the right adapter to fix my lamp. He also guided us to which stain to use on our deck. He told us how it would look and how often we should reapply it.

I needed a quick fix to replace the fasteners to our toilet. The store associate was quick to show me the section for the fasteners and provided a great product that would be easier for me to use since I do not own a lot of tools.

I was pleasantly surprised by the number of associates available at this visit to Home Depot. We were greeted at the door, and after that we were stumbling over associates all over the store :) Several offered to help us during our trek through the store, making our shopping much easier. I used to hate going to Home Depot because you could never find an associate; that doesn't seem to be the case anymore!

I bought my decking products from Home Depot solely because of the sales associate. He helped me during many store visits and spent considerable time educating me about the decking products and how to build this project. He is an excellent representative for Home Depot and the reason that I have spent over $6000 at this store.

Depending on who you can find to help you, and that is sometimes a chore in itself, you may get an associate who can do no more than look on the same shelf you are. On the other hand, if you get someone knowledgeable, you've got luck on your side. The quality of products available has been declining over the years. Now, most products are home, or consumer rated, which basically means cheaply made in China. Watch your step! There are always pallets of materials in the aisles waiting to be put up.

Store associates in the garden center are around almost every corner! They are always super friendly, very knowledgeable and helpful. Although I didn't need help to my vehicle with my purchase, it always makes me smile how regularly they ask, and when I see them step up to help anyone who really does need the assistance. You guys always make our shopping experience even more enjoyable than looking forward to completing improvement projects!

This is my favorite DIY shopping locale. The store is always clean & well-stocked, & the associates friendly & knowledgeable. I've attended several workshops & always come away having learned something new.

Went here to buy a new grill after the major competitor down the street was out of stock of most of the ones I was considering. The associate who helped us was very knowledgeable about grills and gave a lot of great advice. He also helped us load the fully assembled grill into our car.

chris and ethan was great. let me test the mower before I bought it and both jamies were pretty good too. mike in garden was helpful loading the mower the next day when I came back to get it. the whole store is awesome!!!!

The store is always clean, well stocked and organized, the lumber doesn't appear to be "picked through", and Justin at the paint desk is always eager to help. I/ We really appreciate that as it makes the work day that much smoother. I also overheard him talking to the customers in front of me, sounds like he commutes 2+ hours each day. That level of commitment isn't easy to come by!

I recieved great help at picking as well as finding items in the store. Floor assistants are really good at helping out the customers. They seem happy at their work and they don't avoid eye contact with the customers as some other stores do.

The associates at the store seemed to be more interested in flirting with each other, holding up posts, and exercising their jaws with chewing gum than helping customers.

I can always find what I am looking for at this store. The store is laid out and organized. The employees are very friendly and helpful.
